Haguro Once again, it's time for a new MECC fight to begin! Grand Finals are just around the corner, and the semi-finalists must prove themselves worthy of the contested spots!

Haguro stands at one end of the arena, stretching on one leg while loading her turrets and checking them over before the big fight. She looks ready and raring to go!
Deelel Deelel had known the fleet back in her Union days, yet never had much of a chance to interact with them. She did, however, feel a level of kinship to fellow creations of the users. Far older ones than she, or any of her kind really. She grins at Haguro for a moment tiling her head a bit as she readies the ID Disc off her back powering it up.

"Let's see if you dance on land as well as the water."

With that she'll throw the ring at Haguro, to probe her defences.
Haguro Deelel was a familiar face to Haguro. Although she hadn't spoken much to the technologically inclined... Actually, what was Deelel? Haguro never thought to ask before, and now? It's gonna be kind of awkward to ask now.

Note to self: Ask around or do some research elsewhere. "Hello, Miss Deelel. Thank you for facing me today! Don't hold back, and let's make this a good fight!" Stomping one foot against the ground, Haguro takes on a defensive stance as she takes aim with the turrets on her wrist. Instead of moving to avoid the ring, she gets nailed right in the chest with it, but not before firing off a hefty volley of explosives back in return!
Deelel Deelel says "Don't worry I won't. I wouldn't disrespect another creation of the users like that."

She grins widely at that and is getting on the move, this is the only reason there isn't a smoking pair of /boots/ where she was standing, even when she's caught in the blast still and the explosive have clearly rattled her and Deelel seems to be getting into the mix now as she breaks into a run for Haguro and tosses something that looks like a hockey puck at her. The bars on it tick down and followed by an explosion of energy in its wake.
Haguro "That's good! It's important that we fight without... What's the word..." A fast opponent! Haguro adjusts her footing as she watches Deelel evade the brunt of her blast with ease, and she's soon moving herself to start closing the distance between them. As that hockey puck of light comes zooming right at the Cruiser, she ducks underneath it without breaking her stride!

And then it explodes. The explosion catches her off guard, sending her hurtling forward in an awkward and painful-looking tumble, singing the back of her uniform and leaving some strange blue lights at the back of her legs exposed. "Discouraging? No, that's not it..." Once she rights herself, however, Haguro simply launches herself forward, moving to try and catch the lady in blue with a sudden flurry of punches and low kicks!
Deelel Deelel has got caught in close combat with Haguro and she seems fairly experienced with it as she's able to fight up close far better than Haguro might expect, she's also mixing her disc into the close fighting as well and it seems she's got a plan in mind too, as while She's still be hit a number of times? She's about to counter-attack save using fist she's using her disc cutting edge and she is targeting the rigging as she makes her strikes.
Haguro That disc is proving to be more troublesome than Haguro would have expected at first glance. A projectile, an explosive, and now a melee weapon? "What a versatile weapon... No wonder you've been using this for as long as I've seen you before." Haguro chuckles softly even as she bobs and weaves to try and evade the slashes, although that only works to a minor extent as one of her turrets gets ripped off, and armor plates and uniform alike get shredded in that close ranged assault.

Maybe it's time for a different approach, then. As Deelel moves in for a slash, Haguro ducks into the strike to try limit the impact against herself, then swings one leg around the program-woman's leg to try and throw her off balance while swinging her forearm straight at Deelel's chest!
Deelel Deelel grins "The disc comes standard even non-combat programs have one you could say we always put our souls into any fight."

For the disc has a part of the program's soul in it. To lose it? Means one mind will follow in short order. Either way Deelels is putting had but then Hagurto catches her and get her right in the chest, she's not winded she doesn't breath like a human needs to. Still the force of the impact is enough to cause some serious cracking and blue light bleeds from the sounds though Deelel isn't done and in her other hand? She summons her keyblade and launches into a dual attack with both weapons on Haugro as she tries to fully breach lose of her close quarter assault.
Haguro "That sounds... Huh. Oh, because..." That's right. She's a computer device! Or something like that. Haguro still has some trouble with that technological stuff. One day.

For now, she needs to focus on the fight more than Deelel's biology (or lack thereof?). That snap back to reality comes a bit too late, though, as Haguro doesn't even see that keyblade in her opponent's hand until it's already crashing right into her, the dual strike sending the Cruiser skidding back and tumbling from head to foot a few times until she can right herself with one hand tearing through the ground.

"So that's where that other thing is from... I see!" She guesses vaguely, somehow managing to grin despite the pain shooting through her chest and the big gash in her chest from getting cut right across the front. Undettered, the cruiser steadies herself on her feet as she brings up her undamage turret finally, firing several heavy-duty shells at Deelel. These don't explode, but they pack a punch!
Deelel Deelel is having a grand old time here with Haguro the fight is really close as the two engage she thinks she'll be talking to her after the match. She knows Haguro is the spirit of a war machine that the Users (Humans) directly crewed. She so wants to ask the Cruiser about that but then comes the big turret oh dear. They don't' explode but they do graze her and it hurts. She knows she's got to keep moving if she sits still it's all over for her.

So she chats? She levels the keyblade at Haguro and a lance of ice launches at her.

"BLIZZARD!"
Haguro "Fleet D... Ships like us don't quite have something so focused for our souls. We're weapons at our core, but our souls are more... Spread out?" Haguro's not doing a great job sounding deep there. She gives up rather quickly on that, and she's certainly hoping that any recordings will just gloss over that last bit.

Especially coming anywhere close to calling herself a Fleet /Daughter/. Dammit, Sylvi.

With that lance of ice appearing before Deelel, Haguro only has moments to think before it comes flying at her. Instead of evading or swinging herself out of the way, she runs straight for it with her arms raised. It catches firmly between her turret and arm, tearing away both steel and 'flesh' alike as it freezes over the wound it creates in its wake.

"I thought you were a... A program. This seems more like magic, though." Gritting her teeth in an excited, yet visibly pained grin, Haguro staggers sideways for a moment before charging forward. She leaps, she disappears, and she reappears a second later right in front of Deelel as if she had closed the distance in an instant. Now at close range, she throws her arms around Deelel to try and catch her around the waist firmly in a tight bear hug. She doesn't stop there, though, and should she get a hold of the program, she leaps several yards into the air before flipping upside-down to try and slam her opponent against the ground headfirst!
Deelel Deelel says "I was created to make music and art, I had to learn to fight."

She notes there for a moment. "Dual Disc granted me the ability to use some minor magic."

It's very rare for programs to have magic there might be one other in the history of her kind who have had such abilities and he has been missing for over a hundred cycles presumed dead. She keeps going she cast another spell in an attempt to try and brace herself but it's not enough as Haguro gets very up close and personal with her, the oddest thing she does feel like she's human save where she's wounded.

She's caught in the piledriver and slams into the arena floor she let out an inhuman cry of pain. Which sounds like someone mangled a Vocaloid voice badly.

It's a good thing this is place uses the Union and Fed's old training technology as otherwise she'd be in very bad shape at this point the match is over and the damage starts to fade and Deelel weakly comment.

"...didn't see that one coming, you sure have Game."
Haguro "Being created for less violent purposes isn't a bad thing. It's... For a better world than what my sisters and I were made for, anyway." Haguro chuckles lightly as she sits up slowly, reaching over to help Deelel up steadily while bracing herself against the ground with her other hand.

Jumps like that are not good for the inner ear or fighting motion sickness, that's for sure.

"That was an exciting match, Miss Deelel. I think I learned something about fighting someone with varied techniques. We should have a rematch sometime."
Deelel Deelel laughs a bit "That is true and your sisters seem to have found other things to do." She grins offering Haguro her hand to shake.

"Oh I'd like that, I had a few tricks I never got to show you either. Maybe I'll show you the Sea of Simulation back home at some point." She will then tilt her head a bit for a moment

"Not only should we rematch sometime? Why don't we go find something to eat there should be plenty of good venues here!"
Haguro They have, haven't they?" Haguro chuckles again, although that one is a little less hearty than the previous one. She does raise her eyebrow at the talk of Deelel's home, though. "Simulation? Is that like...? Hm. I think that could be fun." She agrees with a quick nod, eventually rising to her feet once Deelel mentions eating.

"... I could use something to eat before my next mission."
