Scene #750:

Owner	Pose
Freya	Freya home is really easy to spot, it well freaking huge! Freya stand near the immensed size door human size, waving at you as you get closer. "Hello!"
Fayt Ravus	Well... she said she needed help. Fayt arrives at Freya's hous, pulling a box behind him. "you said you needed stuff for dealing with insects, right? I brought some sprays and stuff with me though i'm not sure how uesfull this is going to be."
Marrik	Marrik rode in on his Harley and frowned at the scale of everything. To be blunt he felt tint, and only really felt this small when he was on the robot planet. Yet here was normal stuff you expect, except /BIG/. Oh well. The giant lady said she needed help, he felt obligated to pay her back, and it was rare he could just go all out with his power like this and likely top off his metaphysical tank. OK fine, this was the same thing he usually did for mana, but the scale would work in his favor. Assuming he didn't get eaten anyway. "Hello Freya!" He called as he dismounted and walked towards the super sized home. Granted he probably could have kept riding, but that would just be rude to leave tire marks on the floor.
Shir	"I hope you brought a bazooka, these aren't normal bugs. They would be right at home on Motavia." Shir's scoped out the place a bit in advance. "I should have "borrowed" some of Rudo's guns but the things weigh as much as I do. And the recoil will knock me on my ass." She remembers the time she tried to fire one of them, rubbing her side a bit as she does so.
Freya	"Thanks Fayt!", Freya says. "Anything will be helpful." She spotting Marrik riding on a bike. She a bit surpised by that "Oh hi marrik...", she still a unconforable with the whole undead bit but she welcomes any help. She laughs a bit nevously at Shir comments. "Hello Shir. Lets not scare them away okay?"
Marrik	Marrik gave Shir an amused snort. "We talking horse sized, or bigger?" He looked at Freya while trying to do some off the cuff figuring. Scale-wise she's ten times as large as a normal person, so the bugs /SHOULD/ also only be ten times as large, which was pretty big but cat sized beetles or dog sized spiders weren't that terrible. Thinking everything would go smooth. How many adventuring parties had he seen crawl to his store half naked and covered in bites of all kinds from thinking they were prepared?
Fayt Ravus	Fayt nods to Freya as he sets the box down and opens it. It's full of aresol cans, traps, all sorts of stuff for hunting bugs. Unfortunatly, Fayt didn't quite plant for them being well... huge. "Hmmm..." The pale mage frowns. "I think that might be a bit bigger than what I've got here can handle. Mind you even if I could get bigger cans i'm not sure how we'd use them."
Freya	Freya thinks on this for a bit. "hmm about human size I thnk a few are bit bigger, like the millipede type ones with all those legs..", she shivers a bit think about them. "There so icky! Well we can at least stun them or drive them away for a bit Fayt. Bring any bug bombs?", she grabs a few cans of bug spray.
Shir	"Maybe a small horse. Well you want this solved with a mimimal amount of bloodshed right? I don't think any of us can talk to bugs." Shir certainly can't, "Maybe throw a few bombs in there and then deal what's withever left?" That's certainly better than try to take them out head on. "Kind of wonder what they're eating at this point. You think the food would have ran out by this point...maybe each other?" The thief figures the food supply should be gone by this point.
Marrik	Marrik frowned as he patted his coat. "I have a couple elemental rods, a couple exploding spears left, food..." Slow sad headshake. "Going to assume their exoskeletons are going to be small arms resistant." Thoughtful voice as he considered the problem. When he looked from Shir then to Fayt then to the house his mind was turning. "No sorry I mean I could possibly animate a few to lure the rest with, but the point of me coming was to try using the bugs to fill up on."
Fayt Ravus	Fayt reaches into the crate, pulling out a few bug bombs. "Will this do?" He also takes a moment to pull his staff off of his back. "I don't have any spels for dealing with bugs exactly... though in a pinch maybe a couple of small fire spelss will scare them off?" There's a pause, then. "Should I send word back to the nest to get osme cleaning supplies ready?"
Freya	Freya says, "Gah! Shir don't make me think things like that!!", Freya says."
Freya	Freya says, "I'll pick up some stuff later Fayt. I have to a major cleaning too", she sighs to herself think about that job.Shehe nod to Marrik to. "Sounds all good!" "
Freya	Freya says, "Gah! Shir don't make me think things like that!!", Freya says. "I'll pick up some stuff later Fayt. "I got a smaller door over to the side..", she starts to seach for in among all the vines and brances. "Over here somewhere.. Ah there it is!", she pulls away some vines to reveal a door!", she puts her hand on it and says a chant quitely to herself as the door glows for a second then opens. "Ready?", she head in first, this is her house after all."
Shir	"Well, you're going to have to clean this place afterwards. I mean, I can create a vaccum to air it out but you're going to have to handle the actual scrubbing and stuff." A normal mop certainly wouldn't get the job done anytime soon after all. Shir goes in behind Freya, figuring the giantess is a lot more likely to scare the bugs off then she is.
Fayt Ravus	holding his staff in front of him, Fayt carefully follows behind the others, keeping to the back of the group like a good little squishy caster. "Hmm..."
Marrik	Marrik frowned as he followed behind Fayt. Unlike the chaos mage he kept his hands free, but he was far from un-armed. Those that could sense magic would see or possibly see a dozen or so hair fine threads of magic trailing and whipping around Marrik, almost like cat tails lashing in anticipation.
Freya	Freya creates a ball of light in her hand lighting the area around her. "I'll have to try and get the power hooked back up..", she let you a light scream as she spots a dead bug almost outside the range of her light. It a big as horse and it quite dead. You can here some skittering noises in the distance. "T-This is alot more spooky than I was expecting! J-just be careful okay?"
Shir	Shir frowns a bit a she hears Freya's scream. "You have less of a reason to be afraid than the rest of us." The dead insect doesn't seem to phase her much. She's seen more than her share of dead giant insects after all. "Hell, you'll likely scare most of them off if you go huge." Bugs aren't known for their brains but she figures they won't like stick around someone 50 feet tall.
Marrik	Marrik nodded once even as he reached into his coat before a ball of light the size of his fist and maybe as strong as a house lamp flickered to life just over his head. Of course that might make him a target, but these are dumb bugs right? Right?! A whisper of power was sent out along several threads and the corpse broke apart. "Sorry if it makes more dust ma'am." He sounded apologetic at the dust created from flash decomposition, "But I figure better a little more dusting than to leave snacks for stragglers we miss."
Fayt Ravus	Fayt frowns as he spots the dead bug. "Well... that's... y-yeah." He slowly shakes his head. "I guess we're looking for nests? could throw a bomb or two down them?"
Freya	Freya nods to Shir. "True but I'm worried I might step on one of you by acciednet!", she smiles at Marrik. "It okay I have to a major cleaning anyway, and call me Freya everyone else does. She nods to Fayt. "Look for any holes in the floor or walls that proably our best best. " Then out of the darkness Something start skittering from towards our party!
Marrik	Marrik acted on pure instinct. Friends were with him and nothing not-hostile was here, so threat. Kill. His arms moved, sending several threads at the bug. This was not 'try incapacitating,' or 'try to scare.' This was Marrik trying to quick kill so he could move on with a minimal effort used since while one bug probably wasn't a problem a whole swarm likely would be.
Shir	"Hey, I could be on the other side of the house before your foot made contact." Shir can't help but to brag a bit, of course the darkness might make it a bit difficult to run around. She pulls out her laser knives from their sheathes creating a bit of makeshift light in the process. She's ready to slash if something does decide to attack them.
Fayt Ravus	"holes, got it." Fayt frowns however as he hears movement. "Hmm?" Carefully, he takes aim and "Force bolt." Sends a bolt of kinetic energy at whatever's approaching!
Freya	Marrik attack hit the bug it twiches somewhat then stops moving Fayt force bolt sends if flying back She looks a bit. "Y-you really think so??", Freya still look a bit neverous, thought. "I hope that was the only one..", there are more skittering noises and they sounds like there coming towars the party. "That's not good!!", a dozen more insects start coming towars the group! Freya pulls out her mace ready to hit any that get close.
Shir	Shir's already fighting out off the giant bugs. When you've been attacked by as many of them as her at this point you attack first and ask questions later. "I hope there isn't a infestation or we might have to go out all here. She's holding back for now, since she doesn't want to wreck Freya's house."
Marrik	Marrik moved in short controlled bursts. Now was not a time to be flashy, or expend what limited power he had in one burst. A bolt of kinetic force shot from his left hand as he punched the air in front of him. Trust the rest of the party to cover, or at least hold their own so he could do his part.
Fayt Ravus	As soon as the swarm clsoes in, Fayt holds his staff out and says calmly. "Force bolt. Split." This time, moments after the force bolt fires, it suddenly spits into several, each one headed for a iddferent bug. At the same time however, soemthing else happens. There's a weird buzzing sound as what looks like multi-colored electricty starts to dance around Fayt's head. Not a lot, just enough to be noticable, weird.
Freya	The bug themselves are not all that tough Shir slashes cut down a few, Marrik's force blast sends a few more flying and Fayt blats takes a few more, Freya take care of another that get too close to her. The party had deafted the bugs! musical fanfare Freya tosses a bug bomb into the darkness. "Just to keep any more from coming our way. I hope.", she start not in the direction she threw the bug bomb thought.
Marrik	Marrik took Freya's lead after using his magic to siphon as much of the 'liberated' life as possible. After all you don't split the party. "Hey Fayt, mind telling me about your magic?" Might as well try getting everyone else to talk, keep from getting wound up. Stressed does not do good for reflexes.
Shir	"Hopefully, they'll get the hint." Shir comments on the situation. Of course bugs weren't exactly know for their intellgience. That they and they have a lot more ground to cover, there's no telling what else might be waiting for them in there.
Fayt Ravus	Fayt falls in line as the rest of the group moves out. Slowly tilting his head ot teh side as Marrik gets his attention. "My magic? Well... what about it?" he still has that electricty dancing around his head. He doesn't seem bothered by this strangely enough.
Freya	"I hope so too Shir." They keep walking Freya keep looking aorund neverously she gasps as she spots a nets made of wood and other stuff, hard to make out in the middle of the floor. "Looks like there coming out of the floor here.."
Shir	"Great, it looks like you're going to need a carpenter too. I'm not going underneath the house." Even Shir has her limits. "Might need an entire construction crew, given the size of this place." Now that she thinks about it.
Freya	Freya sighs. "mabye I should just burn the whole place down..", she sounds a bit depressed.
Marrik	Marrik grumbled at the floor damage. "Termits? Carpenter ants?" He made the light ball hovering overhead to float ahead so they could see the damage. "Bah, not that bad. Seen worse anyway." Granted in that case they did burn the house down... but against Demon Spiders you really don't have much choice.
Fayt Ravus	Fayt carefully glances around in the gloom. "Well... in a pinch I COULD try ot find some exterminators. Should be a few amongst the giant races who are used to jobs like this."R
Freya	Freya walks over and tosses another bug bomb down into a hole. It coudn't hurt. "let keep moving. My house is really big isnt' it? At my normal size it only takes a few mintues..", they walk for a bit more when a gaint millipeed crosses in front on them! EEP!"
Marrik	Marrik made a series of arm motions, that if he were in a fight would have been used to turn away an attacker's strike, as threads twisted into an arched haze between the millipede and the party. With luck if it stepped over that line it would wither. Why not just attack? Reflex to try protecting person closest to bug.
Shir	"Yeah, but it's 10 times the distance for us who aren't huge. I mean I'm pretty fast but I would leave the rest of you in the dust if I started running." Shir would be doing so both figuratively and literally given the current state of Freya's house.
Fayt Ravus	As soon as the Millipede shows up, Fayt is quick to open fire, taking aim with his staff. "Force bolt." He fires another bolt at it. "This is going to take awhile, isn't it?"
Freya	The millipede crosses the line totally unware that it was there it keeps moving for a bit it withering and turning into a dired up corspe. Then Fayt force bolt knocks it back somewhat"I sometimes forget how fast you are Shir.", Freya says smiling at her freind. looks at Fayt. "We've covered alot of ground so far I don't think we got much further to go."
Marrik	Marrik glowered at Shir, "You never split without a damned good reason." When Freya moved he moved, magic grabbing the life out of the now dead millipede as he passed, then caused it to decay into dust with a flick of his left hand. "What priorities do we have extermination?"
Shir	"I didn't say I was going to run off. Just pointing out that, I've been holding back here." Shir sounds a bit impatient at the pace. "Well, there's still the walls, shelves, furniture...
Freya	Freya is suddenly in her gaint size. She looms over Marrik and pretty well everyone else too. "Shir would never leave for any reason!",she looks quite upset that someone would talk to on her freinds like that.
Marrik	if Freya were trying to intimidate him Marrik outwardly showed only a small step back for her efforts. "Ma'am. I'm not insulting, threatening, or implying. You're stressed, but I'm here to help so can we not waste time with macho power displays," beat, "Or is there some kind of timer to you being us sized that ran out?"
Freya	Freya ohs and looks around just now relizing she gaint size. "Ahh sorry. A bit of both really, when I get emotional I sometimes shift up to my gaint size, and I can only hold my small size for a few hours a day. I'm sorry!"
Fayt Ravus	EEP! Fayt suddenly bacsk up as Freya suddenly get a lot bigger, triping over his own feet and crashing ot teh floor with a loud THUD "GAH!"
Shir	"Ehehehe." Shir scratches the back of her head at Marrik's comment. She might run off there's something worth stealing, but she's not going to steal from one of her friends. That and she can't carry most of the stuff in Freya's house. She's a bit surprised as Freya suddenly goes huge and gives her some breathing room, "I thought you could control that better now. Did something happen?" They really need to catch up on what happened over the past 2 years sometime.
Freya	"I think cause I stayed in this size too much. It more difficult to stay small er human er oh you know what I mean Shir. Your all size now."
