Ein While MPD informants (aka, people with camera phones) had marked the Roidmude's leader enjoying lunch at a diner quite peacefully, the danger elevated incredibly when a second Heart approached the Seito University Hospital, transformed into his imposing red-crowned state. A response began to be scrambled, but even with the powers of fast travel, information propagation took minutes. There was always too much time to let the monsters rampage when it came to Roidmude, the gravitational distortions that heralded their arrival allowing for destruction on a sizeable scale before Riders arrived.

"This is the place with the most human hearts - a Hospital! Uplifting everyone with the joy of battle... is why I was created! I am the great Heart, and I'll prove it to the wretched humans who thought to torture my friends." Heart monologues, striding past the sign and into the curiously empty parking lot (for a hospital).

From the front door, a brown-haired doctor in a blue collared shirt and black tie strides out, the cheerful 'ding!' of the door's announcement-bell opposed to the doctor's utterly flat expression.

The name-card that hangs off the pocket of his white coat reads KAGAMI HIIRO. (https://i.imgur.com/ie2lsRq.png)

A worried nurse frets from behind the door, biting her lip and pressing her face to the glass. (https://i.imgur.com/QB3WtO8.png)

The 'second Heart' pauses, grimacing-skull of an eyeless face turning to regard the single defender. "Oh? You're not running away? Human hearts are filled with fear and doubt, filled with malice and sadness. You're no different. You cannot--"

Hiiro shakes his head. "To the end of that sentence I say: No thank you." Lifting his right hand up, an extremely colorful Driver is pointedly indicated with a single wag before being lowered and affixed to his waist. "There is nothing I cannot cut."

He spares a single moment to look back. "Help evacuate the patients, Karino!" He calls, twirling a blue-handled plastic-looking greeble in his hand. His eyes fix back forward as Heart leans in interestedly, moving the transformation item across his chest.
Ein "Skill Level Two." Hiiro announces, depressing the stud of his blue plastic garbage. A large screen appears behind him, like the loading screen of a video game (because it is). A castle in the background, and brick walls in the fore. A jingle plays while the screen flashes brightly.

Hiiro's flat expression doesn't raise, but his hand does. "Henshin." He states simply, as the blue object in his hand is slotted into his Driver with an arcadey GASHATTO. A ring of odd-looking game characters spin around him as he stances up and flicks his left hand off to his side through a blue-looking character without looking. More announcements spill like ill blessings from the belt.

'LET'S GAME! Meccha Game! Mucha Game! What's Your Name?!"
The second Heart's forward lean falls back a hair. "You can't be."
The belt answers the question: 'I'm A Kamen Rider.'

Pillars of stone, treasure chests, and a sword in a stone materialize around the parking lot as a digital gate forms, framed in white bricks flanking wooden-looking double doors. A sourceless 'LEVEL UP!' calls out, the doors opening with a bright white light, before the whole door construct wash-disappears like a defeated boss. The blue-and-black form of the transformed Hiiro floats through the fading gate, hands raised as if scrubbing into an operation. His feet touch the ground, opposed and interdicting Heart's path deeper into the hospital. "Kamen Rider... Brave. I'm commencing the Heart removal operation."

Ein NOW:

Brave and Heart have been fighting for minutes of compressed time, the blue knight-helmed rider having fought a desperate battle across the parking lot of the hospital. The second Heart clearly has the upper hand, as Brave is blasted through the glass sliding front double doors and sent tumbling into the hospital reception area. A large fist-print smokes against his bracer-shield and the life meter on his chest flashes silently with only two life pips remaining. In his ear and over the Emergency Services line, the nurse from earlier frets pointedly into her microphone. "Hiiro, I've evacuated everyone I could, but the intensive care ward is full of people we can't move! We need more time!"

Brave, on one knee, pushes weakly against the ground with his tip-down sword wreathed in digital flames. His chest heaves, even through the armor, and he rises slowly. Heart advances menacingly, taking everything at his own joyous pace, arms wide.

"Before I was a Kamen Rider -- I was a heart surgeon. Someone like you... Bugster or not, you will be cut!" Brave yells.

Pulling the Taddle Quest Gashat out of his belt, Brave rises, holding his sword in one hand and the Gashat in the other. Slotting Gashat into sword, the paired greeble and weapon announce 'Kimewaza!' (Striking Technique) 'TADDLE CRITICAL FINISH!' with a thunderbolt of expressive sound and cut-in light. (It looks like: https://i.imgur.com/e5pOi1D.png)

In a moment, it's over. Brave's burning sword slices across the beating, smoking, exposed organ of the second Heart with a bright {HIT}... shallowly.

A meaty scarlet-pink fist cross-counters Brave in the jaw, sending him crying out and falling uncontrolledly back, skidding out across the reception area and deeper inside. A nurse Humagear, noting his distress, spins on a heel and bends down to pull the Taddle Quest Gashat out of his belt, preventing a GAME OVER.

Things look deeply dire... but the time needed to arrive is bought and paid for by Hiiro's stand.

Help -- you -- hit the scene, with the second Heart framed in the door as the extra bits of the stage created by Taddle Quest evaporate in videogame voxels.
Kale Hearthward PREVIOUSLY
"Okay, I'm done only skimming the mission briefings," swears Kale.

NOW
Kale skims the mission briefing. (To be fair, it is an emergency.)

"Yes, hello, I am a real heart surgeon doctor, newly arrived to the hospital and prime recruiting material for any shady heart-focused organ harvesting rings that might be going on!" he announces as he runs onto the scene.

"Oh, wait, it's a monster attack," he says, realizing his mistake instantly. he snaps his fingers, dispelling the illusions hiding his birdly status and his twin swords (although the doctor's outfit remains).

"Alright - we need to slow this thing down for the evac, got it," he says, once someone reads him into the situation. He glances around the battlefield - his eyes drawn to the disappearing treasure chests. Fantasy-world instinct makes him dash towards one, opening it quickly before it fades...

"A powerup?" he says, looking at the SPEED DOWN icon. "No, wait, a power-down! Well, then -"

He casts, the magic flowing from his lungs into his hands. "I think this belongs... to YOU!"

The wind picks up and the powerdown goes flying - zeroing in towards Heart!
X With the close relation that the Maverick Hunters currently held with the Special Cases Department, that they'd keep their ears to the ground in regards to any related disturbances in that vicinity wouldn't be a shock. Especially considering how physically close that world's intergration was to the Njourn Crater, where the Hunters currently had an interest.

This is all to say that they, despite being johnny on the spot with their intelligence, still had a delayed reaction time with the appearance of a 'second' Heart, assaulting a hospital across town from where the 'first' Heart was supposedly dining.

"Even still, X, if his combat power is anything close to what's been rumored ... be extra-careful!" Alia warns. Layer, at the station beside her, nods her head in a mild bob. "Yes. Without more data, we can't accurately gauge his strength ... if the situation gets too bad, then ... "

    "I understand."

In that kind of situation, he'd be better off going in at full force. It was reckless to attack with abandon, but at the same time, his impression of Heart from their meeting had been that he was a kind person. Yet, also, he was an unfathomable force.

And if Chase were a metric to gauge by, then in those terms, Heart most likely exceeded X in every department.

There was no choice but to scrape together every ounce of skill and power he could to subdue him before he got worn down to the nuts and bolts, himself.

"Since we don't know the exact situation on the ground, we'll be sending you in a short distance from the target zone. Try not to get the Ride Chaser totalled this time, okay, X?"

        NOW:

        W A R N I N G
        H Y P E R M O D E

X's body shines brightly, wrapped in energy as he speeds along the street with his Ride Chaser, transforming into the X-Fire armor seemingly at the last momment as he aims to bowl Heart over at max speed, flipping off the seat to land in a camera-perfect stance, X-Collider at the ready. "Toh!"

Force Metal energy cracks the earth as the internal pressure of his body began to rise. His speed and strength were continuing to raise as he fought, but he was on a strict time limit. He had to work with the others to defeat this foe within it, or else.

"Heart .. I won't let you get away with this!"
Hamada Haru     From a nearby rooftop...

Hamada Haru looks down on the scene before the hospital, his arms crossed over his chest. Unlike some of the more regular Riders, Rider Services riders don't necessarily respond if the issue appears to be already handled. It starts getting into questions of, 'What good even were you?', and when it comes to contested compensation, they don't mess around much.

This hospital has a guardian. Haru knows that, because he's familiar enough with the Riders of this country to know where to expect a local guardian to show up.

Even so...

He looks at the video feed on his motorcycle, parked on the roof behind him.

This is the place with the most human hearts - a Hospital!

That rubs him the wrong way. There are, of course, a lot of human hearts at a hospital. Of course there are. But...

"Remember that you must die," he says, to the empty rooftop. This is a Kamen Rider scene, so it's probably not completely empty.

He seizes his badge from his jacket and presses it into the center of his belt. It whirrs .

"Henshin!"

The armor appears like a gust of smoke, melting onto Haru's form. It has an articulably "classic" look that is common to nearly all Rider Services Riders: An obviously grasshopper-inspired mask, his in particular in black-and-white with electric blue lenses and silver accenting. The arms and boots have a distinctive "mountain stripe" styling reminiscent of Shinsengumi uniforms.

The belt itself, basic as it is, issues an ominous... not noise, it can't be called a noise. More like a call, resounding far deeper than any sound could.

Himself turning smoky and semi-transparent, Kamen Rider Tetra descends through the sky as if on an invisible staircase. He spirals down through the wall and ceiling of the hospital until he comes to the area being defended.

                                    "Fool."

Another plume of smoke emerges at Tetra's hand as he produces a tonfa-- which he spins about and points at "Heart" like a gun, firing a trio of blasts of energy towards him. It passes, harmlessly, through anyone that should happen to get in the way and not be the actual target. For that matter, if it misses, it'll pass through the wall harmlessly too.

"Hardened hearts and wounded, broken hearts. You won't find what you're looking for here." Tetra chastises, spinning his tonfa so that it rests properly against his arm.
Hibiki Tachibana     'Heart' is someone that both Xion and Chase seem to think very highly of. Hibiki has personally only seen him once, thanks to a brief appearance during one of Kamen Rider Chiroptera's battles. It wasn't really enough to get a measure of him at the time, but that was reason enough to figure he must be something special. Supposedly, according to Chase, his wishes do not align with those of MetsubouJinrai.net...does that make this enigmatic (and strikingly bejawed) man one that can be understood, and not one that has to be fought? She wants to believe so. Is that true?

Well, apparently that's something going to be found out today...maybe. A second Heart? What's going on, exactly?

    NOW:

    Balwisyall nescell...! Gungnir tron!

Kamen Rider adjacent magical girl, Tachibana Hibiki, arrives on the scene as golden light whisks away her casual clothing mid-sprint, replacing it piece by piece with the mechanical armor of her Symphogear complete with sparkly sound effects. Undersuit, boots, pointed headset, scarf--her entrance isn't quiet at all, giving the Roidmude plenty of warning ahead of time. That's fine by her though, since it means attention will be diverted away from Hiiro.

And maybe today's villain will turn around just in time for the last thing, her gauntlets, to form in the middle of her throwing a straight line punch straight towards his head. Whether it'll actually do much is one thing, but she'll push herself away from him (or anything she misses and hits instead) to land back on her feet, spin on her heels, and face him down afterwards. Her expression is several shades of 'not very happy'.

"We'll give you as much time as you need!" She calls back towards Hiiro and the nearby staff, before narrowing her eyes back at Heart and tensing up her shoulders. "Are you...Heart? ...Whatever you're trying to do here, you won't get away with it! You'll have to get through everyone here first!"
Go Shijima      "Roidmude!!"

The word is hurled Heart's way like a curse. An already-suited Mach races into the parking lot atop the Ride Macher. The hard black nodules of two energy blasters extend from ports on the front of the white superbike, blasting dead-ahead as he pulls it into a controlled drift. It isn't until he's already sideways that he notices X on the approach with the Ride Chaser, pulling harder to turn the drift into a full stop. He leaps from the bike...

Shijima. Are you alright? You know you don't have to go in so hard every single time. You can rely on your allies.

...and lands next beside Kale. "X! Kale! Be careful--it looks like he's an evolved Roidmude! Not just rank-and-file." The Zenrin Shooter is procured, and a quick glance is made towards Brave.

"Are you okay?" Maybe she was right. At least... he'll try following her advice. After Tetra's blasts, he summons the Zenrin Shooter.

He's the strongest we've seen so far... We can't risk fighting him fair. If it's time they need in there...

                          SIGNAL BIKE//Signal Change!
                                      STOP

Mach blasts Heart with the Shooter next, aiming to paralyze or slow him down.
Hellwarming Trio Perhaps today will be a better day to eat weird human foods or find convenient corpses. That's what Utsuho and Rin are hoping for as they've once again found themselves hanging around some office building they don't recognize, the former flipping through a menu and the latter lounging around with a phone in hand with a big orange eye on it.

Utsuho: "Mmnnnyyyyno. There's nothing weird looking in this one."
Rin: "Aw, darn. Try the next one, then. We just gotta-hey. Hey. I think something's happenin' across town."
Utsuho: "Is it another fight?"
Rin: "Probably! Wanna check it out?"
Utsuho: "Maybe they'll give us free food if we do."

And so, the pair of idiots arrive over at the hospital where things are going down, flying by just in time to see someone shifting from an unfamiliar Rider form back to some guy they also don't recognize. There's quite a few unfamiliar faces besides his, but there's also enough familiar faces that stick out in particular.

Utsuho: "Hey. It's that robot guy. And the punchy girl."
Rin: "And camera dude! And the bird with the coffee!"
Utsuho: "The coffee was okay. And... I dunno who that other one is."
Rin: "Another Rider, I think. Think he's got better food than the others?"
Utsuho: "Someone in that building probably does. But you this red guy knows...?"

And with that, their decision is made. The youkai pair announce their presence with raucous shouts as they dive from the sky with their legs outstretched, somehow coordinating their landing at Heart #2 just well enough to turn it into an actual diving kick. They bounce off the ground with some manner of agility, turning around to point towards him dramatically.

Rin: "Yo!"
Utsuho: "Do you know Chiri?"
Rin: "You look pretty tough, so you must know him! What's he up to?"
Chase The distinct sound of a motorcycle engine can be heard approaching the hospital, getting closer and closer as it's pretty clear they are not in fact, heading towards the parking garage.

As the vehicle gets closer, the rider becomes apparent. Mashin Chaser, the Grim Reaper. One of Heart's right hand men, at least as far as Go is concerned. So his reasons for being here are probably pretty clear...

But...

They seemingly ignore everyone else, driving past the group as they slot a small silver car into the top of their gun.

TUNE - CHASER BAT

The sound of mechanical bats screams fill the air as a wing-like crossbow materializes and bolts itself onto the Dark <s>Rider's<s> General's arm.

"Your reset has been scheduled. I will not stand by as you wear Heart's face."

With that said, Mashin Chaser presses harder on the gas, accelerating his motorcycle as he crashes full force into the fake Heart. At the same time, he raises his gun arm forward, aligning the barrel of his weapon with the imposter's chest as he fires out several bolts of purple energy.
Ein Heart, in the doorway of the Seito University Hospital, is about to carry on inside and march through the halls to find some hearts and expose them to tokusatsu violence of the un-run-back'able kind. No poisons, or mushroom clouds, or worlds of ice that evaporate with the passing of the foe.

He was going to kill.

The air around him is a zone of stormy red energy, palpable waves of Heaviness rolling off his shoulders like a heat mirage. The threat of an 'Evolved' Roidmude is far greater than just some skullbot rubbersuit, and the presented threat of Heart Himself, the 'boss' of the Roidmude, is greater still.

Which is why when the SPEED DOWN debuff is slung at him, joined by the ZENRIN STOP shot, one may expect the great Heart to shrug it off!

And they'd be wrong. The response is cacophonous, as the Speed Down expands into a large ovoid that dissipates into the Heaviness field -- and counteracts it. The Zenrin Shooter shot crackles with energetic power as it hits the second Heart dead in his tracks.

From the wings, the other five -- six, really -- respondents crash in. A hail of blasts and bat-shots send overactive pyros crashing around Heart in showers of sparks, and not one, not two, but FOUR sets of physical connections. Kicks, a crashing Force Metal connection, and even a BIKE send the smoking second Heart (somehow, thanks Toku Vertical Airtime Cuts) back into the parking lot area, a sweep from Chase's motorcycle sideswiping him into a crater that is filled with thick, choking Toku Smoke.

There's laughter. Laughter from everywhere. "Look at all the hearts that have come to stop me." Second Heart's voice calls, modulated strangely.

"Look at all of those who have experienced loss and hardship. Coming to me. Like that matters. I only want to cause you pain, Kamen Rider. You've ruined my people, and so, I'll ruin you. You traitorous Grim Reaper, you're the worst of all. In my joy--"

The smoke clears, and there's two figures in the clearing crater -- one, Heart, lunging to grip Mach in a fist and use him like a club to beat Rin, Utsuho, and Tetra with. Failing that, he'll just throw Dead-Zone empowered hands.

The other, caped and shoulderpadded with a bald pate, is the modulation. The laughing. A large, seven foot tall giant with a too-firm jaw holding an easily recognizeable cylinder in one hand.

"You traitors to robotkind. Just die, traitors. Just DIE, X! AHAHAHAHAHAHA!"

Sigma ignites his beam saber, shadow clones with physical form thrusting towars Hibiki, Kale, X, and Chase before the meanacing maverick commander advances on them.
Ein MEANWHILE, SLIGHTLY EARLIER, AT THE SCD:

Rinna is applying a soldering tool one-handed while holding a flash screen over her face with the other.

"Mou! This isn't working! There's been no way to stabilize the Dead Heat car even using Road Winter's data. Type DRIFT was fine, but..."

The launch shutter on the Tridoron's hangar opens as a rumbling sound fills the distant hallway.

Rinna turns, gasping, at--

NOW:

Most people don't drive towards the danger. Most people don't drive towards the danger in a sidecar motorcycle.

Most people don't have a beard as magnificent as the man who rides towards the Seito University hospital.

"Hey X! Mr. Shijima Go! Bahahahaha! Are those fakes giving you trouble?!" Harley Hendrickson, the spitting image of a beardier but younger Doctor Cain, calls from the parking lot, with the party interposing between him and the twinned threats.

"Rinna-chan was having some trouble working out the kinks of the Dead Heat system. She didn't think of the side-car! Everyone needs a side-car. There's seven of you, so use cooperation and frustration to destroy those fakes! Heh heh... It's a DEADDO HEATO!" He chortles warmly, reaching up his hand and throwing a red-and-white device towards Go.

"I heard all about this from Lifesaver - The real Heart isn't here! Neither is the real Sigma, so just let out all your feelings on those punching-bag copies. Ha ha!"
Kale Hearthward "I still don't get what the obsession with heart is," says Kale, as the smoke clears.

And then the seven foot tail giant robot is upon them, igniting the beam saber. Kale dodges back - and takes a slash to his side, not *quite* getting clear of it!

"I also don't get the obsession with swords that aren't made out of solid matter!" he calls, air-dashing back a few times to get clear of the laughing, vengefulness-driven shade. "But if you're so intent on swords without defined form-"

He draws his right-hand blade, and breathes a quick breath into the hilt. The blade splits open, revealing a mirror-steel core.

"Then Breath Weapon Gobo shall cut your advance! Have at!"

As Kale starts swinging the sword, phantom copies of it are left suspended in the air - a trail of blades, every bit as sharp and deadly as the one in the hawk's hand, getting in the path of Clone-Sigma's advance... and then a moment later, his retreat as well, as Kale leaps over his own bladetrail to start on a counterattack!
X Between Chase and Go, it's easy to draw the connection. "This isn't the real Heart, then?!"

But the speculation is useless. The massive red roidmude, seemingly nonplussed at their efforts, steps from the smoke in a bet to attack Mach, the youkai duo, and the mysterious Kamen Rider Tetra.

And before X can move in to render his assistance, a second figure bursts from the smoke. A figure that struck a tenor of shock and dread straight through X's heart. It couldn't be.

    This .. it's not possible ... !!

With his beam saber at the ready, Sigma finds no problems in rushing X down with his high speed dash, so quick that it leaves X eating dirt in his attempt to defend himself, sparks flying from his armor as Sigma unleashes a devestating run by that sends him sprawling on the ground. "Guh!"

His speed and technique .. it really is him. Somehow. Someway! He came back again..!

How many times would this happen? How many times would this battle play out?

Dread turned to a bubbling ire, a sensation that quickly floods his whole body with a quaking shudder as he rolls over, placing his hand against the ground to push himself up. The gash in his X-Fire armor began leaking heat, and pressure, like a ruptured valve as his body began to glow with red exhaust.

It wasn't just the Force Metal in his body heating up, it was the familiar anger of a innumerable conflicts, the rage possessed only of a mortal foe.

Go and the rest of X's allies go forgotten in his mind, "SIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIGMAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!"

X dashes forward, his X-Collider's central barrel shining as brightly as a star as he attempts to outmaneuver the former Commander with a sudden increase in speed, and grapple onto his skull with the Collider's prongs.

Placing his hand over his arm, the whirring weapon releases a flash of Force Metal energy like a lance and drives it forward with a twist to penetrate Sigma's skull and blow his head clean off his shoulders.
Hamada Haru Kamen Rider Tetra is slapped with another Kamen Rider by a tremendously powerful foe. He defensively turns himself partially intangible so that much of his mass simply isn't subjected to the force of Heart's strike, which results in his extremities being battered by Mach's passage. Sparks burst from the point of contact and he goes spinning off wildly; there is, after all, less tangible weight to him and he can still be MOVED by the parts of him that are still there.

He turns himself wholly intangible and slips through the floor on purpose to drop most of the way out of sight. Within the floor he crosses his arms over his chest, the sting of the blow numbing his arms and legs.

                                    "Fine."

"I understand a craving for vengeance."

From the floor, a voice announces:

                            << DELETION PROTOCOL: >>

Tetra emerges from the floor abruptly, swinging himself up as if he grasped a bar within the floor itself, aiming a kick towards the center of Heart's mass-- once again, passing freely through 'whoever he doesn't want to hit' along the way.

Just before the moment of impact, the announcement finishes:

                                 << GRAVITY >>

Gravity turns off for a heartbeat.

Kamen Rider Tetra has a fraction of Heart's strength, but the interaction between Heart and Tetra in that instant is one in which gravity does not apply-- and so, the force of a modestly superhuman kick is turned into a real Problem.

Tetra restores himself to tangibility only after he's clear of both the possibility of Heart going flying, and anybody else he might have needed to pass directly through to get there. His boots skid against the floor as he comes about.
Hellwarming Trio With the battle beginning in earnest, the defense of the hospital is a secondary concern for the youkai as their intent to just throw down with the Second Heart and inquire about their friend(?) takes center stage for them. As he speaks of hurting the Kamen Rider (which has them baffled as to which one specifically), Utsuho flaps her wings rapidly to clear some of the smoke away from her and Rin just in time to see what he's up to.

Namely, that Mach is up to. Them. In the face. While Utsuho lets out amused laughs in between getting bashed several feet away with the white and red Rider, Rin is yelping and scrambling while she's used for batting practice. They're getting whacked around pretty soundly, too, tumbling around a few times until they've regrouped just in time for a convenient camera pan once they spot the motorcycle in the parking lot.

Utsuho: "Frustration and-"
Rin: "-cooperation? So are we all supposed to kick 'em at once, bro?"
Utsuho: "Getting kicked by eight people at once would hurt pretty bad."
Rin: "Too bad they're fakes. But... Hey, that means it's fine if we go all out, right?"

Forgetting that they're in front of a hospital presumably full of people with weak hearts, they start zipping around at moderately fast speeds, floating flames trailing behind them. They do this several times to leave several dense lines of orange and blue flames that look kind of like clotheslines except all the clothes are on/made of fire and also in front of the hospital windows. Once Utsuho and Rin meet up after a few more flybys, the flames descend onto the Second Heart (and the rest of the parking lot) in a spiraling pattern.
Hibiki Tachibana     Something...is off here. The idea of two Hearts in different places was already weird enough, but this is also already feeling too easy. You could maybe attribute that to them having such a lineup of hospital defenders here today - including X! Mach! Utsuho and Rin! Another Kamen Rider! ...Chase? Wait a second. - but it's obviously more than that. Chase's intro line quickly seems to confirm that. "Wearing Heart's face...? You mean he's just an imposter?" She murmurs back in the Grim Reaper's direction as the fight takes a scene change back out into the parking lot, Hibiki sprinting back out in pursuit to squint at the hole that 'Heart' has been roadkilled into.

And his reaction to all of this is both more worrying, and further confuses her on what exactly they're dealing with. Her lips purse tightly. "What makes you think your pain is any worse than anybody else's--" She's cut off as the dense SFX Smoke clears up, and the sight of /two/ individuals down there now trips her up enough that she's left widening her eyes as Sigma cackles out.

And almost too slow to shift to the right, avoiding getting skewed on the clone's beam blade as she swings out a backhand to deflect it to the side, where it slices and burns along the bare skin of her shoulder. "Hah...!!" That doesn't stop her from counterattacking with an attempt at locking one arm and then the other around Clone-Sigma's still outstretched arm, to try and bring it into an crushing squeeze and twist on her heel--to tug him along and rip him off his feet, difference in size and weight be damned, as she kicks up into a spin.

'The real Heart isn't here! Neither is the real Sigma!'

"Then there's no reason to hold back!" X might be tunnel visioning right now, but she won't let him fight alone. Taking out his emotions against an old enemy is fine, but getting so lost in it you forget your allies? She can't let that stand. Her particular method of reminding him involves trying to take this clone with mass and, after building up enough momentum to start kicking up wind, fling him at the real one menacingly approaching them to create an opening!
Go Shijima "Do you know Chiri?"

The question is enough to cause Go to hesitate--recalling Chiroptera's admission that the Roidmude were built to fixate on negative emotions. That it wasn't possible for Banno to make amends. For a moment, he considers, looking at that crater, if it might be possible to talk. Then...

He only wants to cause us pain... wait!

"Fakes?" Go catches the newly-made device easily, his focus momentarily on Professor Harley. Of course, someone he knows and trusts has just given him permission to let out his feelings. "Right!"

SIGNAL BIKE//SHIFT CAR - Dead Heat!

The armor changes noticeably to include more red, with a slim tire flying in to cover the breastplate, and the faceplate changing to resemble the grill of a performance racecar. The 'rear wheel' on his shoulder now displays a gauge of some sort...

"You and your friends have caused plenty of pain already!" As red lightning crackles off of his form, he zips forwards, leaping into the air. His feet spring off of Kale's phantom swords without altering their course, and he attempts a leaping punch from above on the second Heart.

He is instead grabbed and thrown, turning sideways in the air and hitting a light pole hard enough to dent it--but it doesn't keep him down at all. Another revving sound as he dashes forwards, making an agile slide to keep out of X's firing line.

"He doesn't have the right to vengeance," cries Go after Tetra strikes with a reduced gravity kick, leaping into the air to clothesline Heart from behind with an overhead chop. "If he really knew anything about the human heart, he would have stopped whichever of his sick friends killed my father!" Landing, he furiously attempts to hammer a closed fist into Heart, even if his and Tetra's attacks grounded him. Especially if they grounded him. "You hear that, Grim Reaper! That goes for the real one too, and you can tell him I said that!"
Chase Mashin Chaser is dismounted as they cut away to the parking garage with absolutely no continuity. Please do not question it. This is just how the world works.

When the smoke clears, there's now TWO people though. And one of them isn't a Fake Brain. Odd. It seems to be someone X knows though. A friend of theirs, perhaps.

They need to deal with the Fake Heart though, before the Kamen Riders kill them.

Walking forward, there's a sudden surge of gravity that pulses out from them as everything in their surroundings begin to slow down.

"I do not have time for you. Move."

Despite the slowed movements, Sigma's shadow clone is still able to shoot by him, grazing his side and creating a small flurry of sparks.

Sadly for the clone though, this opens up an opportunity for a counter, as the Grim Reaper suddenly reaches for one of the FakeFake Sigma's legs, latching onto it with a firm grip before whipping them forward and throwing them back at the Real Fake Sigma.
Ein SIDE SUGMA:

The powerful arcs of the T-Saber carve lingering trails of energy into the air, and like an unpatched jerk, his shadow clones have a physical form and thus a damage box as they charge down each member of the party they target. It's unfortunate, though, that this Sigma doesn't have quite the puissance that actual Sigma has. The 'off' feeling, even with all of the powers of the original.

Breath Weapon Gobo forces the copies to obey a set of hurtboxes going the other direction, forced to retreat back or maneuver around damage zones that would otherwise dissipate the clones.

They simply aren't that good at fighting fair. Sigma has never fought fair, and this faker doesn't have the sheer battle experience to pivot. Kale thrusts into--

X slides under a T-Saber swing from a copy, grinding across the broken ground as his X-Fire armor leaves a trail of molten pavement. Boiling anger, and the X-Fire system, grant X the powers he didn't have the first time around: and his own battle experience is undimmed.

This isn't the real Sigma. But this is the real Mega Man X. He leaps, claw-tines reaching, into--

Mashin Chaser has no time to deal with a Double Fake Sugma, and unlike X, absolutely no respect for the T-Saber or Sigma's masterful swordplay. The shadow clone swipes horizontally, and then vertically, leaving a trail of sparks across the advancing Grim Reaper's armor and...

Chase keeps coming. He reaches forward and simply grabs the copy-with-mass, the jawline of the clone twisted with confusion and anger.

"You can't!!" shouts every Sigma, fake and real, as Chase returns Sugma's hurtbox with interest--

Hibiki has a similar idea, covering for X as the Maverick Hunter screams with fury and charges the real Sigma down by avoiding his own clone. Hibiki barrels in, finding her strength more than a match for the tall-and-imposing yet essentially densityless clone. Bidding her health against the T-Saber's swordplay, a scrape of sparks and a flash of pain chops of life meter but has no recourse to stop her lifting her own clone, and heaving it into--

THE COMBO.

Sugma Prime doesn't even have the ability to block, his own clones with sabers alight crashing into either side and depriving him of both arms to guard. Eyes wide, he tries to backstep -- and finds only a pincushion of the Breath Weapon's construct's and Kale's lunge to greet him, piercing his chest through with a terrible mechfluid-wet impalation.

"I'LL GET YOU--!!!!!" he screams, as the X-Fire's claws close around his skull, and detonates in a pillar of red.

"ECKSUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU!" The shade screams as he vaporizes, clones and all, under the melting fury that discombobulates atoms apart in a deeply violent finisher.
Ein Harley Hendrickson arrives to explain, in detail, exactly what's going on: That this is a Fake Heart, a roidmude having copied a criminal from the nearby city of Fuuto. But which criminal? Most of those that were fought by the local protector, W, used a type of item called a Gaia Memory to become 'Dopants', but the varieties of Dopant ran the gamut from things like 'Money' to 'Beast' to 'Violence'. It could be anything! It could even be the Heart memory!

It's not. The narrowing of who it could be draws down to one conclusion...

SIDE HEART:
The saturating destruction that Rin and Utsuho bring to the field begin melting more damage into the pavement of the Surprisingly Empty Hospital Parking-Lot, creating areas of supercharged heat all while Harley Hendrickson laughs uproariously and claps like a loving uncle who is deeply here for property damage. Gouting flames burst from the earth like lingering pyros fed by natural gas, which isn't really what spell cards do, but, locally, is exactly the kind of sweet practicals that fill in for otherwise spectacular effects.

It would be a DANGER for Hamada Haru to engage in his terrain-diving abilities were he not actually the STRICTLY SUPERIOR version of the ~~protagonist of Bleach~~ mysterious and otherwise largely unknown Rider, Ghost, except...

Unlike Ghost, Haru does not float around stiffly on a cart, and his Rider Services budget doesn't run out - ever. After a few moments of beatings, Heart's meaty fists don't connect with anything, and the ghost rider slips through his grasp--

As everyone, and everything in the area, resumes their full speed. Like the training weights coming off, the deletion of Gravity in Heart's heaviness field removes the tearing weight that he placed on everyone, leaving them all feeling oddly refreshed and free to do a sweet combo.

And a sweet combo begins when Mach's all-new Dead Heat form screams into action, the blistering speed and sprinting agility of his upgrade form taking advantage of all the Home Court Heaviness effects only debilitating Heart for once.

"You can't be serious! I'm the great Heart!!!"

"THIS ISN'T JOYOUS AT ALLLLLLLL!" screams the Fake Heart as Haru and Mach team up to punch, Shooter-strike, and spin kick Heart into the clouds of blistering plasmatic pyros, juggling him through every bit of damaging terrain the pair had created.

Finally, staggering and smoking, Heart falls to one knee as his form shifts and turns.

A strange effect falls out as the Roidmude de-evolves into a strange, spiral-headed form and a strange USB drive falls out of his chest.

"What? No! This power is beyond all of you! How can you defeat your greatest foes? You can't overcome me! I've got the power of--!"

Gathering up the strange USB, he taps the stud at the base, which dutifully announces: <"DUMMY">

Jamming the memory back into his chest, the twisted form grows and mega-sizes like some discount Sentai villain, pavement and debris and metal expanding and forming into a...

...Giant motorcycle-taur. The shredding wheels spin as the upper body forms into a giant scarfed-and-bug-eyed vaguely Rider form that emits a screeching "GUOHHHHHHHHHHH! I AM THE GREATEST! THE MOST POWERFUL OF ALL IN THIS WORLD! I AM THE ICHIGOU, AND THIS MEMORY HAS GRANTED ME NOT JUST ONE POWER -- BUT ALL OF THEM! YOU'RE THE FAKES! YOU'LL ALL DIE TO THE POWER OF KAMEN RAIDAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!"

Spinning around, using enormous fists to punch, doing a massive doughnut, and firing oddly bug-like mouth blasts, the enormous Every Single Goddamn Rider Crossover Movie Boss meanaces the parking lot -- and those poor folks still in the ICU! Only you can stop...

THE DUMMY
Ein What lies before the party is some freakish bike formed super-Ichigou monster who is very on fire (because of Rin and Utsuho), largely resembling https://static.wikia.nocookie.net/kamenrider/images/f/ff/KR-Core_Bike_Mode.png/revision/latest?cb=20200905043956

What stands opposed is nothing less than eight heroes. A full crossover spread.

Riders, Kamen.
Rins and Reiujis.
Robots, Super Fighting.
Reapers, Grim.

And Harley Hendrickson is clapping his big hands widely, guffawing.

"Hey, everyone! Now's the time! Show them your heroic spirit! You can do it! Defeat that stupid motorcycle and show them all who's the real -- and who's the fake! Ha ha!"

His support fills you with Crossover Finisher Determination.

Now's the time for budget, everyone.
X The raw emotion filling him from the tips of his boots to the crown of his head, it's like mud, gumming him up, leaving him desensate as he does battle with Sigma and his afterimages. It's not until one of them pelts the original Sigma that the frenzied fog starts to lift from his brain. " ...!!"

A brief lance of shame tinges his heart, but is evaporated by the mighty inferno that the instigator of many of X's personal miseries lit inside him.

He'd completely disregarded his allies, and the situation at hand, for the sake of pursuing his own anger. Things could have gone very wrong in this instance, and everyone would have suffered for the sake of his hatred. It was ugly.

Sigma's death roar resounds, a familiar intonation to his ears, for he had heard it many times before. Every time that he sent the evil reploid screaming and wailing like a demon, six feet under.

        " -- X! Please, listen!"

    Alia..?

It occurs, that he had tuned out everyone and everything. The urgency in her voice, he'd likely ignored several attempts from Hunter HQ to reign him in. "X, your time limit is -- !!!!!"

        0:00
        "Hn!"

X staggers as his X-Fire armor dissipates in a burst of fizzing energy, and collapses to one knee, the blowback exceeding what could be regulated by the armor system.

X is left completely wide open to attack while he's reeling from the self-inflicted damage, he is sent flying in a shower of sparks, left to bounce off the ground, pushing himself up once again. "Hah...I'm here. I'm still in this."

    "X -- "

"I'm sorry, but I need to focus." he says, feeling bad for brushing the navigator off. But, he could tell, that new form that Mach was using was similar to his own X-Fire Armor, at least in the sense that it was a double edged sword. If they were going to stop THE DUMMY then, they'd need to work together to do so quickly.

    "Go! Chase!"

Calling out, as Mach was collaborating with Kale, X raises his buster from his crouching position. Since THE DUMMY was firing wildly in a half-berserk state, if X could break down his defense and leave him vulnerable, then in that instant, the others could swoop in and hit him with everything they had.

And for that, X would lend them his support, and trusted them to take advantage of the opening. Bringing himself to a stand, the colors of his body shifted into a cream and orange scheme, with a black bodysuit. It was nearly identical to Hibiki's own Symphogear armor.

And that oversized metal fist was also obvious, in regards to what he'd do with it, tightly grasping his elbow as he took aim and fired, the shiny knuckles intent on smashing straight into THE DUMMY.
Kale Hearthward Oh no! He's got a... a...

... "He's got a stick!" calls Kale, in warning, for lack of a better term off the top of his head.

And then it transforms. "Oh-"

And then it PEELS OUT. Kale gets smacked several times, just because he's not at all expecting this!

"I still have no idea what's going on - but clearly I must defeat you, for the safety of everyone's lungs!" he calls, gripping onto his sword tightly with both hands and crouching. "EAST WIND FINISHER TECHNIQUE - STORM-BLADEFRONT!"

And then he takes off, air-dashing forward, sword leaving just a ton of mirror images that the roidmude would have to navigate!
Go Shijima      Mach watches as the Fake Heart staggers to one knee, hand hovering over the button on the Mach Driver.

Should I...? Kiriko, Strawberry, Hibiki, X...

His hesitation vanishes, giving way to fiery defiance, when their opponent decides to double down. "Forget it," he cries, mashing the button on the Driver four times. The gauge on his shoulder-wheel begins to increase rapidly, until it appears to redline--

                            HISSATSU//Full Throttle!

<J-IC-Scene> Go Shijima says, "Kale, can you make more of those swords?"
<J-IC-Scene> Kale Hearthward says, "Yeah!"

Mach looks over his shoulder, to see X preparing a massive strike to knock the gigantic half-cycle's defenses wide open. He nods firmly, wordlessly conveying his understanding--

--then darts off after Kale, leaping into the air along the trail of harrying swords left behind. Each leap has several rapid flips, his speed increasing exponentially until he's a red and white blur bouncing from point to point, as fast as Kale can leave the swords. Energy blasts clip him on his way up, sparks shooting from his armor--but he stubbornly fights his way through, until he's close enough.

With one final leap, he clears X's blast, and another frontflip is made--only this time, all of the energy stored up by his motion, thus far evident in a crackling red glow, is released as his foot is extended. It comes crashing down, aimed right at the top of Ichigo's buglike head!
Hellwarming Trio Utsuho: "Is this really what Heart sounds like?"
Rin: "I dunno. Heart didn't sound like that at all last time, did she?"
Utsuho: "I'm pretty sure she was smaller, too."

As they mistake Second Heart for Kamen Rider Heart and quickly backpedal on that, they wince briefly at the semi-persistent screaming as they continue floating in front of the hospital. Their suspicions that Second Heart isn't Xion at all are confirmed when the Roidmude turns into a far stranger and distinctly inhuman... Something.

They're not really sure what they're looking at, and they just watch in blank-faced curiosity as he yoinks up that USB and stabs it into his chest. Their stares turn into wide-eyed wonder, though, when he acquires the power of BIGGER, even cheering after a few moments. So what if he's going to smash them into the ground? He looks cool.

With those massive attacks coming towards them, though, Rin has no intent of sticking around to get crushed into the concrete. While she darts around to evade the worst of the oncoming giant punches and spins wildly out of control after getting nailed by a mouth blast, though, Utsuho...

Utsuho just takes every single one of the hits thrown her way head on. Sparks and explosions surround her as blasts and fists and flaming wheelies collide with her, throwing up an ominous cloud of smoke that leaves her fate in question! Sort of. Aside from the fact that Harley's there to spoil the fact that she survived tanking all those hits coming towards the upper part of hospital, anyway.

"You're pretty cool, fake Heart... Dummy. You should've done this from the start!" The raven coughs lightly as she continues floating in front of that building, charred and bruised, but still finding amusement despite all of that. As the smoke clears, it's easier to see that she's holding her hand to the sky defiantly, a massive sun-ball floating above her. It crackles ominously as she feeds more and more power into it from below while Rin pumps fire into it from above, stopping only when the raven thrusts her control rod into it.

Rin: "You don't got a chance against this, bro!"
Utsuho: "Too bad you weren't the real... Er. You. At least you'll make a good corpse once this is all done!"

The sun-ball condenses into the rod, and Utsuho draws a wide circle with it around her before flinging it off her arm on the way up. As it continues glowing and buzzing with probably-radioactive power, Rin lets out a wildly excited shout as she dives towards it feet-first, slamming into it lengthwise with a mighty drop kick to propel herself and it right at the Dummy's giant body.

"Punch-girl! Get it in as far as you can!" Rin shouts towards Hibiki and backflips off the control rod once it's in position, the energy-filled rod ready to explode at a moment's notice!
Hamada Haru "Desire for vengeance... that's not a rational feeling, Kamen Rider Mach. There is no 'right' to it. You either take it, or you don't. But as a human, it's easier for me to sympathize with your desire for revenge than his." Kamen Rider Tetra says to Go, waving a hand flippantly in his direction. His attention zeroes in on the false Heart, aghast at the beating that he's receiving-- and ultimately revealing some of the particulars behind his trick.

What the false Heart has to say, however... is met with complete contempt.

His gaze rises and rises as the "Ichigou" grows into its strange and monstrous form, declaring its might and authenticity.

Kamen Rider Tetra does not move out of the path of its attacks. They rain down against him, eliciting sparks and then hurling him against the wall of the hospital. Each is accepted and taken without visible effort towards mitigation. At the end he slides to the base of the wall and remains there for a long, silent moment.

He raises himself up, not especially staggered in spite of the blows and the impacts.

                                  "Ichigou..."

Tetra echoes. The contempt is gone from his voice, replaced with something icy. He touches a control pad against his wrist, prompting his motorcycle to turn ghostly and tear down through the sky to join him on the ground.

Kamen Rider Tetra tugs his badge from his belt and de-transforms, leaving behind only a rather punky looking young man who looks angry instead of dispassionately contemptuous. His belt fades from sight as he moves to his sidecar and retrieves a silver-and-black box, popping it open.

Inside is a matching belt, with a red trim. He puts it on and retrieves another object from the box -- a belt buckle, combined with communicator device, which he thrusts into a socket in the belt and cranks down into place.

                                    COMPLETE

The Riotrooper armor that forms immediately after announces its engagement. It has heavy upper body armor compared to the suit that Haru had been wearing a moment before, along with bulkier-looking square tonfa. The armor coloration is red, and an emblem on the right side breastplate identifies it as a RIOTROOPER while an elbem on the left identifies it as PRIMATROOPER 01.

Matte black undersuit is interrupted by matching red lines that travel up and down each limb into boot and glove.

Riotrooper Prima 01 pumps the buckle once.

                                 EXCEED CHARGE

It declares, a glimmer beginning to travel along each arm towards the tonfas that it's holding.

"You, the first? What a joke. You're getting in the way of MY vengeance and peace, now. Give Enomoto my apologies for sending her a second-rate offering."

Prima-01 breaks into a run and jumps towards the head of OBLIGATORY CROSSOVER SKELETONTAUR KARATE BUG MAN, rotating each tonfa rapidly during his ascent and then swinging them forward in a powerful cross strike as he gets within range, before planting a boot against the hideous beast's skull and kicking back off of it.
Hibiki Tachibana     Once again, through the power of TEAMWORK, a villain has be triumphed over--or the vengeful shadow of one, anyway. Hibiki has just enough time to let out a breath and watch 'Sigma' erupt and vanish within the flood of red. "...X..." Her own less dramatic mention of the Reploid's name is quiet enough that she's only just speaking to herself, watching him from where she is. She doesn't know hardly any of the history at play here...but she does hope that might've helped him some. If she had to confront something in the same vein, she's not entirely sure if 'satisfaction' is what she'd get out of it. When he's sent flying from the time limit of his armor, her first instinct is to rush over to help him as well--

Not that she'll get the chance for that, or Serious Rumination Times, because they still have one last thing to deal with. The flaming monster that's assumed the form of Kamen Rider, roaring and towering high above them. Never Heart--just a monster taking on his face, as Chase described it, and now...

"Heart would be disappointed in you! Even I know that much!" She replies with a narrowing of her eyes, a blunt response in the face of his screams--but there's a scream of her own as she rears back her fist and lets it loose forward to meet the massive one coming in towards her, where they meet with a deafening clash and a shockwave that trembles across the immediate area--and one Hibiki being sent flying back, tumbling head-over-heels with one near-ruined gauntlet, burns, and bruises. However...

She catches herself in midair, and with her Symphogear's thrusters, reverses her momentum and sends herself bursting back forward. They cut as she lands on the massive limb of the DUMMY, continuing to sprint up it even as it keeps spinning itself up into sick wheelies. "Being a Kamen Rider is more than just a mask, or a bike, or a scarf! I've fought with them enough to know that! Someone who thinks they can become one just from copying the things on the outside--could never win!"

She shouts back up to the Massive Toku Villain as she dashes in towards her target, the still-pristine gauntlet on her other arm beginning to shift, and an inner montage flashing through her head. Shinnosuke...Go...even 012. And more than just the 'actual' Kamen Riders--everyone else here, and the people she's fought with. And everyone here...!

"Those kind of shallow feelings could never beat my Symphogear--and definitely not anyone here! Not Kamen Rider!"

A leap when she gets to the upper arm has Hibiki on a straight path through the air, straight towards the kaiju's chest! After Rin throws herself away back off the control rod she's slammed in, the Gungnir girl is right behind her - with a rocket gauntlet completely hiding the arm it's attached to, by virtue of it being at least three times the size of normal. "You got it! HrrrrrAAAAAHHHHHHHHH!" All of the boosters in her armor and fist ignite at once, lancing her forward to unleash a devastating blow centered straight on the explosive stuck inside the monster! With its defenses opened by X's Supra Arm, and Utsuho and Rin setting this up--she'll put every last bit of power she can bring to bear into one hit!
Chase THE FIRST spins frantically and spews massive balls of energy, like all good bad CGI final bosses do, causing Mashin Chaser to tumble forward a bit as he attempts to continue approaching the massive motorcycle-monster.

They eventually stabilize however, their non obscured compound eye staring at THE DUMMY as they press the tip of their gun into the palm of their hand.

EXECUTION

The cross-bow on their arm morphs and shifts onto their back, becoming a pair of metal bat wings. With a single flap, they lift him off the ground, propelling him into the air as his feets glow with a purple aura.

"You are not Heart. You are not Kamen Rider. You are a pale imitation in every way. You should just be yourself."

With his heroic(?) speech delivered, Mashin Chaser flies forward in a streak of purple, both of his feet lined together as he times his double kick to connect at the exact same time as X's Rocket Punch (Of Friendship).

FULL BREAK - BAT!
Ein It is not one finisher, or two. It is not three finishers, even.

It is eight.

Each hero strikes in their own way, juggling the inflamed 'Ichigou' as Hamada Haru switches out his armor for a more appropriate one and joins the fray with a callback finisher.

Were there fans, they would pop. Actually, there is, and he does: Harley Hendrickson. "Heyyy! Let's go, Kamen Rider!" He calls, barely audible over the unified greeble-smashage as THE DUMMY is carved apart, smashed aside, battered around, exploded, rocket punched, and supra armed. There is no angle for escape - only for the monstrous '''Ichigou''' to be Execution'ed with extreme prejudice.

At the end, cracking apart and turning to so much dust, the gasping swirl-faced form of the Dummy Dopant Roidmude is all that's left, falling to both knees in the shattered remnants of the hospital's parking-lot. Across his chest, as he falls over, is the strange symbols and not numbers: ---.

The body explodes in a frankly underwhelming gout of pyros, and the core rises up for elimination or sparing!

Only to be drawn inexorably towards Kamen Rider Tetra's belt, like a ghostbusters trap on 'Suck', until the strange core is consumed by the 'death' belt.

Now, and only now, does Harley Hendrickson lean forward on his motorcycle, lifting his goggles. "Well that's not right..."

Helped up by the nurse from earlier, Kagami Hiiro looks out the shattered front door of the hospital, and sighs.

"That... was not my cleanest operation. But the patients were saved."

MISSION RESULT
Rank: S
Allies Gained!
>Harley Hendrickson will fight for the future! (Specialty: Support, Upgrades)
>Kagami Hiiro will fight for the future! (Specialty: Surgery, Gaming, Bravery)
Go Shijima      The smoke clears. Tetra absorbs the core--and Mach doesn't seem to mind or question it at all. Better him than Chase, it seems. Indeed, it's enough to earn Tetra a little good will.

"I didn't think you Rider Services guys were the sympathetic type," belatedly says Go to Tetra, now that the smoke has had time to clear. "But then, you are the black shee--"

He takes a step foward, moving towards the closest person with a grunt. It happens to be Tetra. The tire on his chest explodes, the red stripe down the middle now looking more like the jagged edges of a blowout. Red electricity arcs and crackles across the suit as he takes another step.

"I can't stop!" Indeed, his movement seems like he's fighting against something else, every motion sluggish and delayed. He throws a clumsy punch Tetra's way. "This isn't me!" The meter on the shoulder-tire is flashing an angry red as he whirls around and hurls a crooked hook kick at Hibiki, and shakily-aimed Zenrin blasts at X.

"Somebody hit me with a finisher! I can't get the Shift Bike out!"
Hamada Haru Riotrooper Prima-01 is still "wearing" his belt, because it just sort of exists on his person regardless of whether he's using an older suit or not. There is a *chnk-hum* as the Riotrooper transformation ends because the Tetra belt has re-asserted itself. The older equipment goes skittering across the damaged pavement.

Hamada Haru is left standing there bewildered, when-- the iris of the Tetra belt opens up, a swirl of dark green light drawing the core of the defeated roidmude in and swallowing it.

Haru looks uncomfortable with what just happened. He turns to Go, "Just because we want compensation for risking our lives, doesn't mean we're not sympathetic. Not everybody has benefactors with completely endless pockets, you know. Even if mine ARE pretty deep. But it's more about the willingness to compensate than anything else. Speaking of..."

Picking up his fallen belt, Haru pins his badge back to his jacket and returns his riotrooper gear to the motorcycle, closing up the box and tossing it into the sidecar's floorboard. Haru leans over to tap something on the motorcycle's speedomester. It... prints something?

He meanders over to Kagami Hiiro and shoves a receipt into his hands.

"Forward it to your insurance company. They'll work out the deductions for only partial TMRS response and initial independent defense."

Hamada Haru strides back to his motorcycle and swings onto it, pushing it back and angling it towards Go. "Alright, try to hold still..."

Somebody should probably just use an actual finisher before Haru solves Go's problem by running him over with his motorcycle.
Chase Mashin Chaser watches as the corrupted numbers of THE DUMMY Roidmude are sucked into Tetra's belt. It's regretful, but his intuition tells him that their core was probably beyond resetting, considering their numbers weren't even there.

It's something he'll have to talk to Brain and possibly Tetra about this later. For now, there is a more pressing, immediate matter...

Go is out of control. Not skipping a beat, the Grim Reaper strides up to the malfunctioning Kamen Rider, ducking underneath one of their wildly swung punches before snapping back up to punch them underneath the jaw.

There's a sudden surge of gravity right after his fists connects, completely freezing everything in place. It's more powerful than anything the Fake Heart had put out before, but it only lasts for a bit.

Long enough for Chase to safely remove the Signal Bike Shift Car from his belt and toss it back at Go before they have a chance to de-belt as gravity returns to normal.
Ein Hiiro accepts the bill by immediately pawning it off on the nurse that's propping him up. He, for his part, cracks just a tiny bit of a smile.

"If it's money that saves lives, it's money well spent. Saving the patients is my job. It's the director's to balance the accounts afterwards. Thank you... Tetra."

Is it odd, that he's saved by the one who embodies death? Hiiro doesn't show it.

He also got the Rider kicked out of him so he's fine with dropping a dime on a job well done anyway.

Ducking a shooter shot, Harley presses a large button on the face of his motorcycle, which calm-robotically announces: Battle Mode

In the slowdown of the heaviness, the motorcycle sidecar - emblazoned with the logo of HARLEY HEAVY INDUSTRIES - begins sloooowly becoming some enormous gunport-studded mess of an ED-201 nightmare.

By the time the transformation is complete, Chase has already fixed it.

"Hey! Go-kun! Are you okay?!" Harley calls from astride his enormous walking battle-robot.

Worryingly-or-probably-not, X has the distinct feeling that he's looking at a Ride Armor from 2005, and not 22XX.
Hellwarming Trio After the collective finishers smash into the Dummy one after the other, Rin lands from her SICK BACKFLIP and lands next to the still-smoking Utsuho. They take the opportunity to pose dramatically with their backs to the Dummy as they prepare for what's sure to be a gigantic explosion, but they fail at the last moment as they look back at said explosion when it's not nearly as huge as they were hoping it would be.

Utsuho: "... That's it? I thought it'd be bigger."
Rin: "Yeah! Bigger than Dummy was, at least."

Their eyes follow the core to Tetra's belt, the blank stares returning and making it fairly obvious that they have no idea what just happened. Harley's comment doesn't shed any further light on the situation, but Rin capitalizes on Hiiro's statement with a smug laugh in turn.

Rin: "Ya better appreciate it! If Okuu didn't take that hit for the place, who knows how many of your patients coulda got burnt up?"
Utsuho: "Right? We can't collect their corpses if they're already ashes before we even get there."

Thankfully, the kasha doesn't have much time to balk at the raven saying the quiet part out loud and ruining her attempt at making them sound cool. Not with Go starting to flip out, anyway, although neither of them make any attempt to stop his clumsy rampage. Utsuho starts walking towards him, at least, but gets stopped by Rin as her attention is drawn towards Haru and his motorcycle pointing right at Mach.

They actually look a little disappointed when Chase does the sensible thing with the gravity surge.
Hibiki Tachibana     Landing back on the ground with a heave, a stumble, and a grip on the shoulder of her injured arm - but only after a thumbs up back towards Utsuho and Rin - Hibiki stands amid the Toei Brand Fire and declining insert music and spends a few moments staring at where the Dopant slash Roidmude collapsed, now reduced to his core.

...Which sails Kamen Rider Tetra's way, to a raise of her eyebrow and a tilt of her head, along with a glance Chase's way. Judging from Harley Hendrickson's response-- "...That wasn't...supposed to happen, was it?" Haru's own response leaves her more than a little confused on what that's all about. "Doesn't that mean no reset?" Then again, it looked /really/ weird, too.

That has some implications, she thinks, that she won't get to worry about for long when she has to rush to duck Mach's kick, stumbling back a few steps and catching herself as he starts blastin'. "W-Wait, what's going on? A finisher!? I don't even know what counts as--"

Bonk. Chase has it handled. Not sure Go will be too happy about that, but you know. If it works! She lets out a sigh, rubbing at the back of her neck in a pretty awkward fashion. "...Looks like you two ended up fighting together again." Her input is left at that simple observation, glancing between the two.
Kale Hearthward MISSION COMPLETE!

And no casualties. Always good.

Well, the casualty of whoever that was that they blew up - but as they say, the first casualty of any battle is the enemy combatants.

"Hey," he says, heading over towards Harley. "You handle... tech, around here?"
X With his mobility limited by mostly self-inflicted damages, X has no choice but to weather the brunt of Mach's out of control rampage with a defensive posture, until the issue is resolved, at which point he returns to his normal blue color scheme, and releases a tired sigh.

Chase, as ever, was thankfully reliable. "You're not hurt too badly, Go?"

Out of the corner of his eye, he couldn't help but notice who else had been on the uptake -- that nostalgically nutty old man, who was also clamoring to check on the Kamen Rider. That motorcycle .. so it can reconfigure into a battle jacket of some kind. No, it's more like, a Ride Armor. Even though it's primitive comparatively, its still ..

Just who was that guy? Or, was he the benefactor that Go had mentioned on occasion?

Regardless, everything seemed to be wrapping up relatively well. Yet, that false Sigma's appearance still bothered him.

It isn't lost on him, that such a thing had been a niggling fear at the back of his mind, ever since the failure of the Jakob Elevator Project. The notion that Sigma wasn't finished after all, and that he was just waiting for his next opportunity, skulking around the corner.

The being who attacked them today was nothing less than a manifestion of that dread. ... But, he wasn't alone, this time. He didn't have to take that burden squarely, and solely, on his shoulders.
Hamada Haru Haru looks slightly weirded out at being thanked. It's probably because of the Tetra thing. He inclines his head slightly towards Hiiro, but says nothing. He is however exactly aware enough of who Chase is to be a bit wary that he's about to get the business... but it doesn't happen.

He does notice a few more eyes on his belt, though. That's starting to make him uneasy, and he shifts uncomfortably in his seat. His right hand glides back and forth on the accelerator, not quite moving to actually trigger it when Hibiki directly addresses him about it.

"I'm Kamen Rider Tetra," he holds up four fingers illustratively. "Death and decay is a part of my abilities. It probably got drawn in because it was dying."

In other words, Haru isn't actually certain. The longer he has to think about it though, the more troubled it's making him.
Go Shijima      "Gh!"

After getting socked in the jaw, Go is forced to realize that it was Chase who came to the rescue. Hanging on to the Dead Heat shift bike (because that's what it is when the little sidecar is flipped out), he stares wordlessly in mute shock. The sound of tires squealing and Harley's battlemech startle him back into being vocal, if only out of some survival instinct.

"No! No! Everything's fine now," he says, hastily stepping aside just in case Tetra's finger should slip. Or Harley's, for that matter.

...Looks like you two ended up fighting together again.

Without a helmet to hide his face, it's easy for anyone to see the distaste that this observation from Hibiki elicits. Stuffing the shift bike into his bag, he then contemptuously zips it closed and throws it over his shoulder as he attempts to plaster affected coolness over his internal conflict.

"Yeah? Well, that's only because he wanted to reset that Roidmude. It's a good thing Tetra was here," he says, which may be something Tetra is also not used to hearing. He means it--even though it's not coming from a healthy place.

Go is a complicated guy, sometimes. He turns to leave, only...

"Hey, Grim Reaper." There's something he's curious about. "That Yu--Chiroptera. Are you gonna reset him?"
Chase "Resetting them was my goal. I do not think it was achievable, even without you all interfering."

Rather uncomfortably, Mashin Chaser is just watching Go's reactions at this point, his helmeted head following his movements.

"I have not been told to reset him. From my knowledge, he has not broken any rules."
Ein Harley, from atop his transformed Ride Armor, raises up both hands like someone playing college ball just made a touchdown. "Hey! No problem!" He cheers, before dropping a palm on the control console of his robot.

<Vehicle Mode> announces the bikebot, and it begins compressing back into a sidecar motorcycle.

To the broad drama around the Roidmude that was destroyed, though, Harley has a fairly unique take.

"My friend at Fuuto PD reported the same thing, which is why I came running. Heh! Driving, actually. That Roidmude, though -- he didn't have a number. The ones that Krim and Banno made were the one hundred and eight."

Harley squints at Chase. "Do you know anything about that, son?"
Ein MEANWHILE:

Harley, dismounted from Legally Distinct ED-201, is asked a pretty simple question. "Hey-hey! That I do!" A big Santa Claus smile splits his cheeks. Then a frown. "Actually, no. Rinna-chan does that! Ho ho!"

Harley chuckles at his own joke. "I trained Go in Arizona in Harley-style Superstar Action, and built the Mach Driver. To help fight, for the future!"

He pinches his fingers together in some strange gesture, clearly Showa-era through and through. "Before that, I was the designer for the Super-1 System. Ah, memories."
Hellwarming Trio Hibiki gets a thumbs up in return from both Utsuho and Rin, the triple team combo working far better than the pair had imagined. Utsuho even takes some time to try and get a closer look at her arms, as if trying to figure out how much of it is gear and how much of it is Hibiki herself. Eventually, they perk up considerably when Kamen Rider speaks of his powers.

Utsuho: "Really? Huh... Does that mean you could suck anyone that's dying out of the hospital, too?"
Rin: "Do you got a radar for dying people, bro?"
Utsuho: "Either one of those could be useful for bringing stuff back home."

And so, the youkai pair start loitering around Tetra, not seeming to care one bit about his comfort levels.
Hamada Haru "The astronaut Kamen Rider," Haru chimes in towards Professor Harley, leaning forward against his handlebars. "The seventh iteration on the initial mech-aug approach."

He seems about ready to get comfortable when Utsuho asks her question. Haru glances down towards his belt, and up towards the hospital. He doesn't answer the question, instead snagging his badge from his jacket and pressing it into the belt.

Rather than the usual line he makes a soft hushing noise, probably easily mistaken as directed towards Utsuho and Rin. Once again his black-and-white armor collapses back into place over his body.

Then he turns smokey, as does his motorcycle, and slopes down into the earth. A smokey trail lingers behind him for a moment, before dissipating altogether.
Kale Hearthward "Great! So I'm one of Go's allies, and I'm a little bit cut off from my usual lines of support - aside from the Paladins anyway..."

"And ever since heading out into the wider Multiverse, I've been feeling that I need to..."

Kale makes a vague gesture. "... Adapt and diversify my tactics a bit?"

He is trying to say, without actually using the fourth wall breaking language that it'd take to say it outright, that he's in need of a mid-season upgrade.

"Go and Shinnosuke have been very effective, and they - well, they certainly make an impact, don't they? With the 'finishes'."
Chase "There are only roidmudes numbered one through 108. The only conclusion I can reach is whatever gave them their power corrupted their core."

Mashin Chaser is basically saying the conclusion he's already come to by himself. He doesn't have proof though. He's not a scientist.

He is also probably not welcomed here, even if there are people that aren't immediately hostile, so he's already making his way to his own bike.

The bike that was left off screen and is now magically here. It's the way of this world, don't think too hard.
Ein HARLEY TIME:

Kale: "Oh. Oho! Ho ho! You want a belt. Give Uncle Harley a week. I need to get settled! Then, maybe a day or two. Do you have something to put in a belt?"

Chase: "Numbered 0 through 108." He corrects, innocently.
Go Shijima So... Chiroptera is only being spared because he didn't break any rules. It figures. For a second there, I almost thought that damn Roidmude had a conscience.

"Yeah. Whatever," says Go. He hops onto his own bike, turning the key. The engine gives a satisfying, high-pitched rev. "Hey. I meant what I said, about telling the Real Heart. But you can tell him I want to take Chiroptera up on his offer, too. Consider this the 'advance warning' he mentioned."

He peels out when he leaves, because he is nineteen.
Hellwarming Trio If nothing else, Utsuho and Rin are really good at staring when they set their minds to it, and even Haru's hushing sound doesn't strike them as anything strange as they just keep watching him. His transformation back into Tetra has them starting to get hyped up for what must surely be a cool demonstration, and they outright cheer when he noclips into the ground.

It's only when he doesn't come back out that they realize they've been had.

Utsuho: "... He's not coming back up, is he?"
Rin: "Nope. But what if he does later?"
Utsuho: "Yeah, maybe when we're not looking."

They're going to be watching the ground for a while at this rate.
Hibiki Tachibana     Go's response isn't entirely unexpected, but still does put a small frown on Hibiki's face as he turns to leave--though she also perks up in curiosity at Chase's answer. While he stares at Go, she stares up at him. She doesn't say it out loud, and there's not much change in her expression, but there's a definite sense of relief upon hearing there aren't any plans for what's going to be done with Yu...whatever the reasons for such might be.

She is thus unaware of Utsuho's dedication investigation of her arms - with her Big Punch Fist back to normal, her gauntlets only extend up to near her elbow, with sleeves in the same style of her undersuit going further up. She's fit and pretty toned, but those muscles definitely don't look like they should be able to put out that much power. Weird! Her Gear must put in a lot of work.

As Kamen Rider and Dark Rider both separate to go their own ways, she takes a moment to think, and decides against stopping either of them--but she does say one thing to to Chase before he actually revs up to leave. "...Hey. The real Heart. What will he think of what happened today?"
Kale Hearthward "As like a focus, you mean, or..."

Kale perks up suddenly. "Oh! Okay, how big is too big for it? Because..."

He reaches into his vest and pulls out an oddly shaped dagger. It looks like someone took the stabby parts of a dagger, the blade and the guard... and then just sort of fused it with the 'input' half of a flute where the hilt would be.

"This is Breath Weapon - well, it doesn't really have a name. It works - as in it doesn't break apart or explode when I activate it, but it doesn't really do much of anything besides... 'not exploding'. Maybe it'll do something."

"Also, it's a gift from someone special to me, if that helps."
Ein 'Like a focus?'

Harley pauses for a few moments, then, after a bit of zooming in, nods firmly a few times.

"Like Tetra said, I participated in the Super-1 project to make the first space-capable cyborg Rider. He was a big reason that Hiden developed Humagears the way they did, later - for space operation! Hah! It made my heart burn with the need to give more people power. The power to fight for the future, yes."

Nodding more, Harley picks up the dagger, considering it. "Sentimental is good. Rider Services use a lot of different things for their belts - mine are bespoke. Go-kun here has the Signal Bikes, and the Mach and Dead Heat bikes grant forms. So, if this doesn't explode - that's great!"

Harley laughs more. "Because then you will not turn into explosion."

Harley hands the Breath Weapon back. "You should think about what kind of suit you want, or form to take. It's important. Let me get set up, and we'll make you a Rider too."

If Kale gives Go a glance, it's pretty clear 'about the size that's relevant', but Tetra scanned in a badge, and Hiiro inserted a game card. The possibilities were pretty spread out.
Hellwarming Trio Utsuho: "Whoa. That's not bad..."
Rin: "Could be beefier, though."
Utsuho: "Like that oni."
Rin: "But she's gotta be hiding something to make that other stuff work."

For better or for worse, their target has shifted from the pavement back to Hibiki's arms. Eventually, though, their attention jumps (again) to Harley when he starts explaining the backstory behind Humagears, space, and explosions.

As expected, they go right up to him with more of that childlike awe, Utsuho's injuries be damned and Rin's growing hunger be damned.

Utsuho: "Hey, old guy!"
Rin: "Yo, gramps!"
Utsuho and Rin: "Make us transform, too!"
Rin: "With guns!"
Utsuho: "And explosion!"
Rin: "You already have explosions."
Kale Hearthward "... Oh, you mean the things that they insert into the badges to power up and swap things around. I thought you meant like, as a core piece..."

He takes the flute-dagger back. "I... might have something, then! Let me get back to you."
Ein "You want guns?" Harley thinks for a short while at this. "Those AIMS letter kids have the latest ZAIA technology. The, err..." He snaps his fingers.

"Shot-riser? System for shooting."

Kale asks a clarifying question, and Harley is all smiles and nods. "The core, yes. With the old style, the belt was a part of you, but that was for cyborgs and those with the power on their insides. Riders through-and-through, hah! Modern style is belt and item. I heard some company or other was making just an item system, but that's foolishness."

Harley is firm on precisely this point. "It's not Rider without the belt!"
Kale Hearthward Kale ponders pointing out that, as a sorceror, his power *is* on the inside, but decides he'd just be being pedantic.

Besides, he's a Regalia, it's to be assumed that he's effectively Maxed Out as far as wind power goes. Or so the Gale Empire's propaganda would have you believe.
Ein "Okay! Find me at the Special Cases Department later. Maybe sketch some ideas in a notebook, okay?"

To Rin and Utsuho, the cheerful bearded old man claps both on the shoulder warmly. "If you want to be a hero, all you have to do is the right thing even when it's hard. For everything else, leave the equipment to Harley Hendrickson!"

He climbs back onto his motorcycle and revs the engine. "As they say in America - Nice Explosion, everyone! Ha!"

There's really only a few people left. Harley drives off shortly after.

A work crew start filing in to begin clearing rubble.
