Ishirou The world of Earth-6665, is a world struggling with rapid industrialization, rapid growth, and overpopulation.  This world has definitely tipped the balance of its ecology slowly toward collapse.  Summers are hot for the vast majority of the world, and in some places completely inhospitable.  Crop failures are regular.  However, life continues, and many people do their best to live in such a world.

Japan, one such nation, has decided to try and reclaim land back lost to the sea.  Using the Sea Wall, it extends its borders out, trying to grow land for its very overcrowded cities.  Farther and farther out it had stretched, well beyond what they had lost originally to the sea.  Tokyo had been completely rebuilt and modernized, and far larger than it had once been.

However, today...

The strain the human world has placed on the ecology has caused it to respond.

Right now, near the sea wall...

Drilling boats are floating over the land, looking for new places to place support beams, for an upcoming expansion of Tokyo itself.  An engineer notices something... off about the sea here.  Detailed mapping this close could only see it, and it looks like a small burrowing nest.  Before he can get a word off to the crew...

A bolt flies down, piercing the top of the nest.  Unbeknown to this ship, it landed this project right on top of a nest.

There is a rumble, a shaking that everyone can feel.  A shaking that is unignorable.  Two different screams can be heard, as a pair of monstrous heads rise from below the surface.

Later...

The boat is tossed against the sea wall at full force, and there is a breach.  Obviously, there were contingents for this sort of thing, but water is still flooding in.  As well as two different Kaiju.  They are both similar in appearance, obviously members of the same species.  They have scales running up their bodies, large nasty claws, and huge feet.

(Image: https://static.wikia.nocookie.net/ultra/images/f/ff/Red_King_Info.png/revision/latest?cb=20210919022616 )

Named 'Red King' by the people of Japan, authorities call out for help as people are evacuated from the area, but the two Red Kings are seemingly attempting to destroy the sea wall.  As to why?  Nobody can say on the Japanese side.

In space, however, someone looks down on what is happening.  If he could frown, he would.

However, you will get here first.
Bowser A mighty clawed and yellow scaled hand smashes down. The single smash forces a shockwave to ripple out, deforming the surface out in a circle before the entire structure simply shatters on the weight of the blow. Crowds flinch back at the sudden display of power. A growl enamates from the massive reptile, a slow deep breath as he builds up a head of steam to a bellow. Those nearby cower back under the raw display of power.

"Where?!"

Bowser takes a step, and the surface quakes under the might. Objects spring off their seats and crash to the floor.

"IS?!"

Flames build up, blowing past Bowser's face. Twin trails of orange fire move past him, parted by his procession forward. The air rapidly goes thick with smoke.

"MY TARTAR SAUCE!?!"

Bowser snaps his hand over the counter, hoisting a greasy, pimply faced young man off of his feet.

Alarms go off. A kaiju is much more to worry about, in this moment, than Bowser. The king's head snaps around towards the source of the THUNDEROUS CRASH, only to turn back and find himself only holding a Long John Silver's vest. Bowser THROWS IT TO THE GROUND, "MILLENLIALS! No one wants to work these days." He leans over the counter and starts rooting around behind it for his tiny plastic cups of fish dipping.
Ritsuka Fujimaru "Is this the place? It's a lot warmer here than any other Japan I've been to."
"It's so much busier, too. How does anyone find their way around...?"

A pair of teenage girls can be seen working their way through the suffocating crowds of people, alternating between checking on each other and checking their phones repeatedly. It seems they're waiting for something, but it's not clear what until the rumbling hits them, and they hear those inhuman screams coming from the ocean. Rather than trying to escape whatever's going on out there, they're heading towards it, and on their way...

The purple-haired girl in a light jacket and glasses, Mash, bumps into someone escaping a chain restaurant, and she tumbles back only to get caught by the orange-haired girl in a white belted uniform of some sort, Ritsuka. The former holds her position as she glances up at the latter, and the latter is getting rather distracted by the angry turtle dragon king inside the Long John Silver's.

"... I don't think that's who we're looking for. Hey, you! Do you know anything about what's going on over there?" Ritsuka gestures towards the sea and the heads popping out of it, notably squinting at Bowser's face. Rather, his teeth, then at those of the two giants. "Are you..."

"... Related?"
"I don't think they're even close to that, senpai. Come on, they'll need help evacuating everyone if those kaiju get any closer to this place."

Thanks to Mash not being nearly as entranced by Bowser's lineage compared to the kaiju, they don't stick around for long. Instead, they move to join the evacuation efforts in the form of... Mostly yelling and calling out to people as they get closer to the sea wall, to try and point bystanders in the right direction to get away from the potential destruction zone should the sea wall collapse.
Hibiki Tachibana     Well, you know, magical girls tend to be pretty okay at dealing with kaiju.

They usually aren't this brand of kaiju, but still. Experience is experience.

And just as importantly, it's downright impossible for Hibiki Tachibana to ignore a cry for help when they attack, whether it's coming from her own Japan or another.

And now, amid panicking civilians struggling to run away and flee, she's dashing in the opposite direction through them and past them all, even sprinting right past a certain branch of Long John Silver's in the process. Going full speed along the coastline, but still only as fast as normal legs can carry her, she has to watch and let out a pained hiss through her teeth as she watches both monsters direct their ire towards the Sea Wall.

"They're gigantic...! And they're trying to...destroy the whole thing, too?" Even unfamiliar with this Earth as she is, she knows if they break through the one thing keeping the land separated off from the ocean, it'll...

She'll just have to worry about the 'why' later. If they're allowed to do it, there's going to be a seriously untold level of damage and death. One breach is bad enough. She'll just have to get all the way to the Sea Wall and figure out some way to stop them from there. Mid-run, once she's in a relatively clear spot devoid of anyone still trying to make it out safely, Hibiki pulls up on the string of the crimson pendant normally hidden beneath her jacket collar.

    "Balwisyall nescell Gungnir tron...!"
Dysnomia     Dysnomia made a strangled sound in her throat, as she circled above. The sirens sang in her ears, and her eyes lay on the Red Kings. Her pulse quickened. her breath came sharp and again she felt the greedy suffocating grip of her own body on her neck, as her wings shook. Only the sound of oh-so-human screams, and the lights and sounds of this oh-so-human city, managed to give her the presence of mind to stay herself.

Reluctant, Dysnomia turned the angle of her flight low, toward the streets, the lose of the open sky grounding her in her own skin as she landed with a heavy THUNK, concrete scattering around her, leaving her in a three-point stance, slightly embedded into the street. Breathing hard, scaly, silver-blue wings furled around her as she stood, shaking concrete dust from her hands.

A child points her finger at Dysnomia, calls out something Mia doesn't care about, then is pulled away by her other hand an older woman, dragging the little girl away from the sea wall, as she evacuates from...The Red Kings? Probably. Mia should have cared, she thought.

Dysnomia smiled to Hibiki, as she passed close. "Couldn't stay away, could you?" She asked, with a good-naturedness almost out of character. "Want a piece of them for yourself too?"
Ishirou There is something about these attacking monsters...

They aren't moving somewhere in the city, they aren't destroying random buildings... their goal seems completely focused on the Sea Wall itself.  Those who can listen to radios can hear people panicking, something about the secondary wall not being able to handle the entire outer sea wall failing.

Army plans are scrambled and are shooting at the Red Kings, but it might as well be flying trying to take down an elephant.  From the mouth of one of the Red Kings, a roar blats out, shaking the air so violently that the planes start crashing.

The other Red King, sensing that they are being attacked thinks that the city itself is attacking.  Like its other half, it turns and releases a very powerful sonic blast in the form of a roar.  The buildings closest to it are vaporized and shaken to their cores.  Though it might NOT be directed directly at you, it's definitely aimed in the vague direction of you.

Thankfully, for those on the ground, a figure drops from the ground with a SHWA!  The figure, holding out its hands, aiming to bring up a barrier to protect as much of the city as he can from the sonic blast is the one who takes the brunt of it.  He can't block all of it, but he does reduce it's destruction by a considerable amount... at the cost of his own body.  Toku sparks can be seen tearing off of the strange man.

It seems you have an ally in stopping these two rampaging monsters!  However, they strike the first blow!
Bowser Bowser does have a kaiju-esque vibe.

IMPORTANT LORE NOTE?!

He turns his head towards the pair of girls, dipped a battered fish filet into a tiny cup, and then snarfing it down, "What? I don't have any relatives."

But that is weird enough to get him to walk outside. Past a Kammy asleep in her margarita, and some koopas eating crab bites.

In this dystopian universe, all Long John's Silvers merges with Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville.

After a squeeze out the door, Bowser shades his eyes with one big mitt to look up at the two rather huge lizards.

"Huh."

The roar ripples around Bowser, blowing him back against the door of the LJSs. The wall around him ripples, debris bursting out from cracks and crevices before the entire restaurant crumbles inward, smashing to the ground. Bowser's mane flows backwards, blown stiff. A stray brick hits him in the head.

Kammy and the Koopas are fine... but the debris has landed on Bowser's fish basket, ruining it.

The camera focuses on the back of Bowser's head as flames curl from his broad muzzle, a growl of rage building up before he turns in a mighty over smear framed swing to shout up at the kaiju.

"HEY! YOU GOONS OWE ME TEN BUCKS!"

One step, two. A hulk run to the experts, as Bowser builds up into a steady jog. As a tank rolls up to try and aid in the defense effort, Bowser snags the cannon in both hands. Without missing a step, he is already twisting in a mighty HAMMER THROW, hurling the tank up at one of the kaiju!
Ritsuka Fujimaru In the middle of shouting at people which way to run (with the current, not against) and not to push, the pair of Ritsuka and Mash spot a rather peculiar sight: Another girl running straight for the sea wall, and a larger winged woman nearby her as well. They exchange brief glances from across the street during a lull in their evacuation work, and then they start putting their all into just running that-a-way alongside the charging Bowser.

When they hear the loud SHWA, though, they both freeze in place. It takes them a moment to confirm visual on the source, and then they see that it's a large stranger. It's not one that's specifically familiar to them, but they both look a little more wide-eyed and excited for some reason that they're not going to say anything about.

Their attention comes back to reality once one of the Red Kings turns its ire towards the city itself, though, and Mash dashes over to Ritsuka. She holds one arm up in front of herself as the air around her starts to shimmer, just in time for the roar to start coming their way. "Incoming!" She shouts in warning as debris and vaporized anything starts flying at them, and they disappear in the cloud of dust! It's only for a moment, though, until they emerge from the dust cloud in another sprint, with Mash suddenly donning a purple armored leotard of sorts and bearing a massive cross-shaped shield while Ritsuka just sprints along behind her.

They do, however, have to duck a little when Bowser hammer throws that tank. Using the flying vehicle as temporary cover, Mash does her own version of the hammer throw complete with spin, but with her shield instead. It goes flying for the creature, spinning the entire time and somehow curving in mid-flight like it's some kind of funky boomerang!
Dysnomia     Mia took off the ground, with a rumbling growl, sliding behind a building to soften the blow, and...

It hit hard, the whole building shaking backwards like a leaning Jenga tower. Dysnomia was propelled backward, bouncing off the ground once, then skidding, carving a groove into the road. For a moment, she lay still in a pile, there. Then she stood, breathing hard. Wiping a hand across her face. She pushed up, staring, uncomprehending, at the figure that had come to defend them. But the Red Kings were still there.

Growling, she spread her wings, taking off into the sky. A purple light swelled in her throat, and she opened her mouth wide--

--And a lance of violet plasma cut through the air, starting at a narrow point in her mouth, then swelling, swelling up into a wide, burning line. It curved upward, at a jagged angle across one of the Red Kings, following the trajectory of her flight.
Hibiki Tachibana     A flash of golden light, and piece by piece, different segments of Gungnir silhouette and then properly form onto different parts of Hibiki's body. Machinery clicks and snaps in place, and the overwhelmingly long scarf is the last thing to poof and trail behind her, just as a certain someone passes close to her.

"Dysnomia! You're here too...?" The chipper attitude and a /smile/ being on her face genuinely catches her by surprise, as different as it is from she's usually seen her. Because they're about to get into a fight, or...? Whatever the case, "The only thing I know right now is I'm not going to let them jus--"

She's cut off by the pair of Red Kings unleashing their air-cracking sonic screams, which gets her to stop in her tracks as if she slammed into a solid wall and wince in pain. It'd take her a lot longer to push through it if it weren't for their mysterious ally descending from above - who deflects it away from them and the city at large even at risk to himself.

Whoever he is, that much tells her that he's here for the same reason they are.

"...If he protected everyone, then it's on us to repay the favor!" Now transformed, Hibiki is able to get in a leap high enough to send her well over the city skyline, ascending upwards towards the Red King responsible for loosing its rage their way. In the middle of rising, she can see...the block of heavy metal that Bowser threw sailing past her. That sure is a Hulk-level maneuver. Oh. Wait a minute.

With a blast of her skirt's thrusters, she diverts over to the flying tank as it sails majestically through the sky, landing on top of it!? A fist immediately crumples the top hatch in, and she unceremoniously reaches in and scoops up any of the crew who didn't make it out before the angry turtle denied his tartar sauce got their whole vehicle yoinked - and leaps back away to solid ground to deposit them.

Although not before punting the back of the tank with her boot as she does so, speeding it along that much more as it goes to smash into that poor giant monster.
Ishirou The people in the Tank are very confused when Bowser grabs the cannon, they are even more confused when it turns upside down.  Quickly, they scramble out of the top just in time.  This is because the tank goes FLYING at the Red King that had just roared at the city.  The tank smacks it across the chest, skipping off the scales and causing the beast to stagger slightly.

Mash's giant shield hits in sequence with the giant tank, having about the same effect as the tank.  Staggered but not dropped, the monster turns to roar (non-damagingly) at the pair of girls.

Even though it wasn't a very good hit, the pure force with which Bowser and Mash just swung at it caused it to get its attention.  It doesn't know what a Fish Basket is, it doesn't know what a ten bucks are, but it /does/ know Bowser just attacked it.  Also, the enemy of all Kaiju, Magical Girls, has also appeared!  So a massive foot stomps down towards the pair of girls and their friend Bowser, aiming to flatten them.

The Tank, however, wasn't done yet.  Hibiki was on it, and combined with the effort of Bowser, swings it at the Red King a SECOND time.  The result is similar to Bowser's throw, glancing off of its terrible armor and staggering it, but it was still injured.  The power behind Hibiki's blows was nothing to scoff at.

Dysnomia, on the other hand, fires her own form of roar at the pair of Red Kings.  The beam tears through the background of the invading ocean, catching both Kings in the blast and causing Toku sparks of their own to hammer two giant Kaiju.

The Red King near Hibiki attempts to catch the Magical girl with its claws and aims to swing her back down towards Dysnomia, aiming to use her like a makeshift stone.  The pair roar, angrily at the group as the person that had shielded them jumps up, and tackles the second of the pair.

It seems that he'll try and occupy this one, while you handle the second.  He looks back at the rest of you, giving a nod.  Despite this, however, the jewel on his chest was flashing.
Ritsuka Fujimaru "You're really torn up about this, aren't you, big guy? I see... The food really was that good, wasn't it? Then let's pay them back double for your loss!" Ritsuka shouts in encouragement to Bowser when she realizes that that one even could very wel be the catalyst for whatever comes next, letting her curiosity get the better of her. Mash just lets out an uncertain noise in comparison, raising one hand to catch her shield on its return arc before bracing it in front of herself again when the Red King utters another one of those horrible roars.

"Should that really be...? Ah! Watch out!" She shouts in warning to Ritsuka and Bowser by extension, sprinting over to the the orange-haired girl and practically tackling her in mid-run to get out of that giant foot's way. Just before impact, she juggles her shield and her Master around enough to hurl Ritsuka out of that stomping path, then swings the shield upwards to keep it between herself and the Red King's foot before it can crush her into the concrete.

After picking herself up out of the debris she had gotten unceremoniously tossed into, Ritsuka scrambles into a another run to join up with Mash back under the stomping creature.  "Close one! But now it's right where we want it!" She announces, drawing a briefly confused glance from Mash while clenching her fist and holding it upwards.

"Let's turn this around, everyone! Magical girl! Turtle boss! Flying lady!" Magic bursts out of Ritsuka and flows towards the Elites fighting back against the Red King, bolstering their fighting power in some broad, yet vague way. She doesn't stop there, though, pulling some extra energy into a small black and red bead in front of her finger as she runs out from under Mash's shield. Taking aim like she's giving it the finger guns, Ritsuka fires off the black and red magic projectile at it directly from below!
Bowser The foot HAMMERS down on Bowser and he is simply gone. When the Red King shifts again, Bowser has sunk his full height into the asphalt and concrete, arms raised over his head. His scales are savagely scuffed, but he is definitely in 'being hit by a car' area, not 'hit and run over by a train'.

"YOU THINK YOU INVENTED STEPPING ON SOMEONE?! I DID! KAMMY! KAAAAAAAAAMMY! DO THE THING!"

Bowser leans forward in a grappler pose, breathing heavily, building up a head of steam.

"KAMMY! KAMMY DO THE CASTLE THING WHERE YOU MAKE ME HUGE, KAMMY! Where is that old hag."

Cut to Koopas and Kammy driving a bus full of school children away from the scene, "Shut up! Shut up! Get behind the yellow line!"

Cut back. Bowser grumbles, climbing out of the hole. But Ritsuka is, at least, encouraging, and when you have a MIGHTY EGO like Bowser, the lightest pat is enough to get it going again. And then MAGIC imbues him. "Oh yea. YEA! YEAAAAAAAA!" It channels into a blaze at his mouth. He opens it wide, a fireball swirling into a single orb, then growing wider, flames turning into a majestic BLUE as they course around the King Turtle. Then with a mighty ROAR he vomits it at the Red King.
Hibiki Tachibana     "--Aaaahhhh!?"

That's about all Hibiki gets out before she's caught up in giant kaiju claws, and goes for a high-speed trip through the air in Dysnomia's direction. /That/ one is going to aggravate some bruises she's still sporting. She's not exactly in a position to stop herself very easily, either.

At least not until after she'd have already hit her comrade, so Hibiki will just have to hope Dysnomia will either be able to get out of the way or minimize the damage, and that she herself will be slowed up some by it. At least for her part, she does her best to swing herself out of the way as much as possible.

Whatever the case, it's going to take a pilebunker punch thrown behind her to cancel out her momentum with the shockwave, which'll let her hover in place briefly and reassess things.

So not just them and the massive fighter taking care of the other one - with that worrying beeping, but still - but the tank-throwing mohawked tortoise, and...actually, she doesn't recognize those girls either. Any help is appreciated help, though. There's a lot on the line here. And with that in mind--

"...Magical girl? She means me?" She feels compelled to try that much harder now.

--The piston jacks in her leg armor extend forward before slamming back into place with a visible crack through the air, the backwards-directed force sending her back towards the Red King. A flip, another extension and then smash back into their housing to do the same - combined with her thrusters, she's less flying through the air and more 'jumping' across the distance in large arcs, straight for the kaiju's face.

Where she's going to truck a knee into it from the side. Really, really hard. Despite the difference in size, she's going to try and make this thing stagger like she's trying to compete with their very Ultra friend over there.
Dysnomia     Hibiki spiked into Dysnomia hard, through an overpass and into the concrete below, landing in a shower of pavement-shrapnel. Mia groaned under the magical girl, carving out a pierce of the road with a long, plasma claw to push aside.

She didn't look great. There was a gash in her side, leaking blood that steamed, hissing as it dripped to the ground. But she was smiling, still. Dysnomia laughed. "Look at them go. They're beautiful, aren't they...?"

"You go high, I'll go low." She said to Hibiki without speaking, nodding to the magical girl as she spread her wings once more...And she was off, speeding between the buildings, banking to the side as she neared the kaiju. She pulled off to the side, ducking under and around Bowser's flames as a distraction.

She held out a hand, sharpening into long claws, burning with a familiar violet plasma, as she SLASHED at the Red King's legs, trying to find something. A tendon, a joint maybe. . .
Ishirou Ritsuka's beam is a direct hit.  It punches through the layer of armor and strikes what she thinks is a sensitive zone... and it would be...

If it wasn't the mother Red King.  Staggering, it roars in pain and surprise at such a small attack staggering it backward, and away from, the city.  The blue fireball comes on the tail of that attack, striking the Red King across the chest and sending it backward even more.  It's chest burning, but it seems oddly resistant to heat-based attacks... or those scales are deeper than one thinks.

Hibiki maneuvers to the back, tossing a truck with her full power into its knee that causes the Red King to lose its footing, and come crashing down in front of the heroes.  Mia capitalizes on this, aiming for the back of the legs while the creature is flat on its face.  It roars in pain, its feet being attacked as it thrashes along the ground..!

Then it starts to burrow, deep into the ground before coming up again.  Its mouth seems full of something.

Well, you'll know a second later, as it spits out a TON of rocks at each and every one of you.  Large rocks.  Small rocks.  Rocks as big as Bowser's head!
Ritsuka Fujimaru Right up the...! Wait. That's a mom King. Undeterred by kaiju anatomy, Ritsuka's spirits are bolstered by the staggering giant, and she rejoins with Mash shortly afterwards to get some mana flowing back into her after having to tank all that weight moments ago.

"You okay, Mash? We've got it on the back foot now, but be careful!"
"Of course, senpai. Just don't do anything reckless like that again."

Naturally, Ritsuka does some reckless shit the next chance she gets. She's confident in Dysnomia's and Hibiki's already-displayed prowess at close range, and Bowser's giant blue balls means she's able to take a few more risks with that covering the approach.  Gesturing at Mash to follow her lead, the pair start advancing on the Red King again, with Mash brandishing her shield and smashing it into the oncoming rocks to deflect them away from Ritsuka while she's busy preparing... Something?

Something. She's counting something while checking the odd red symbol on the back of her hand, and inefficiently-used mana continues to flow. She only stops once Mash warns her that going any further would mean being directly in the kaiju's face, and then they abruptly split up! Ritsuka ducks behind a building to try and maintain some semblance of cover from further rock spewing, and Mash chucks her shield at the creature's head in that boomerang maneuver again! She keeps sprinting forward instead of waiting for it to come back, though, hopping sideways at the last moment to catch the rebounding shield with a quick spin and another toss to the head again.

It's going to be a pattern before long: Throw, catch, spin, throw again but at a different angle. It's a lot of throwing, a lot of spinning, and otherwise an utterly annoying barrage of heavy-handed flings of that shield into the grounded creature's face, finally ending when Mash comes close enough to leap forward and drive the shield's tip at it by dropkicking the shield from the other side.
Bowser "KAAAAAAAAMMYYYYYYYY!"

Kammy sticks her wrinkled ancient head outside of the bed window, staring back down the road. She mutters and reaches under her robe to pull out the oversized wand with a huge crystal on top. She points it back at Bowser's midsection before ducking back into the bus.

A swirl of triangles, circles, and squares roils through the sky. It tumbles end over end towards the Koopa King.

From the other side, Bowser simply turns around. Rocks pound against shell, shattering against spikes. They blast across the layer of armor, unable to penetrate the shell. "I'm about... to get... very TICKED OFF!"

Again, the camera zooms out into a heavy set of thick lines. Bowser begins the spin to simply punch the ankle of the Red King. It's a mighty swing, a roundhouse of extreme caliber. It would flatten anyone of normal size.

The ball of magic hits. Rainbow colors ripple around Bowser as the transmutative Magi Koopa magic hits. The ground beneath him dents down, a wide crater forming from his feet. A quarter turn through the punch, the entire area around the Sea Wall suddenly flattens. Bowser rockets up in size, flattening every building and vehicle unlucky enough to be the radius. If possible, he looks even MORE draconic, horns, mane, teeth, growing more lethal.

Three quarters through the punch, his entire body turns, tail sliding through what is left of the area around the Sea Wall, sending it flying and sending up a cloud of dirt.

The fist flies like a colony drop, a single mighty blow for the Red King's head before the magic wears off.
Hibiki Tachibana     High and low. Got it. Hibiki's nod to Dysnomia comes without even realizing that it was done without speaking. Although that comes second to when it clicks, after the fact, that Dysnomia just...called them beautiful? That's a side to her she hasn't seen yet.

And their savior is...Ultraman? Ultraman Belial...

Well, she'll just have to save all her question for later. With the Red King toppled--no, wait, it's burrowing...!? Is living under the sea not enough, they need to be able to do that too? Complaints don't really change reality, though. The reality of a salvo of rocks coming all their ways.

Hibiki is briefly shadowed by one of the larger ones coming her way, and it looks to crash down right on top of her, flattening her beneath it--for all of two seconds, before it begins being hefted up by a straining and struggling magical girl, physically hoisting it upwards. Anything else and it'd have collided with the street and destroyed it entirely, even if she could have made it out just fine herself.

    "You can have...this...back!"

And she /throws/ it high overhead with all the force she can, sending the rock high in an arc that'll end with it coming back down on top of the Red King...! That by itself probably wouldn't damage a kaiju all that much, though. Which is why Hibiki flew right behind it as it sailed through the sky. Higher and higher, up to the apex carrying her straight overhead the kaiju--

And she descends like a comet, thrusters on her Symphogear blazing, to /slam/ her heel down into the rock right as it smashes into the monster's skull - multiplying the force so much that the boulder cracks down the middle immediately after the impact goes through and shatters into countless pieces.
Dysnomia     As the rocks came hurtling toward them, Mia's eyes dartered to each side. They were going everywhere. There was no getting away from them, was there? No...She gritted her teeth, pushed aside the thoughts of her wounds and flew right on through!

She crashed straight through the rocks, flagging in the air as the others crashed around her. Her pupilless eyes widened, and then she speed off to the side. Not to avoid the Red King, but the giant turtle-dragon that had suddenly grown to a size to match. She could only watch in unmasked awe as the strike utterly pulverized the Kaiju.

Then, as the monster reeled, Dysnomia's eyes twinkled, seeing her chance. Both her hands grew into great, draconic claws, and smiled a steaming, bloody toothed smile. Her wings pulled back and she dove, full speed, claws outreached, right toward the Red King's midesction, the suit on her arms pulling back as it sensed her intentions, revealing more blue-silver scales, for that brief moment bofore contact. She dove through, making an impact. Disappearing.

    A moment of silence.

Then, Dysnomia RIPPED out the other side.
Ishirou The ringing in the ears of the Kaiju was enough to make it roar, every bash of that shield disoriented it, making its own ability to attack weaker or take vastly more effort.  Even though it attempts passing snaps at Mash, it can't ever seem to get purchased, as she is simply too small and fast for it.

This sets Bowser up, infused with magic he comes crashing down on its head like a meteor.  Instead of standing it's now flat on its side, tossed to the ground like a ragdoll.  This confuses the creature, who is way larger than Bowser, and yet... it's the one on the ground.  Worse, it's bleeding profusely from the strike, severely damaged.

Before it could even recover, Hibiki comes down with rock and foot, crashing into the skull of the beast.  It staggers... roaring in pain and rage as the OTHER side of its head is smashed.  Once more on the ground, it staggers and stumbles... clearly nearly on its last legs and stumbling.  It cries out...

Dysnomia aims to try and tear through it, but the tail of the creature catches her.  There is a powerful collision for a brief moment.  The two bouncing off of each other... which leaves the Red King far worse for ware, but not with a hole inside it.  Its tail is unable to be used as a weapon though, the bones inside it nearly all broken.

For a moment, it looks like it might retreat... but there is something else that happens.  In the battle that is happening to the side, Belial seems to be having an easier time.  Well... easier in that his Red King is on the ground.  Though his energy crystal is flashing red, his body seems to be charging with a strangely wild power.

Red energy surges across his body as he starts yelling.  His own roar tears through the water before the energy settles into his arms.  Two hands come up in a vaguely cross shape, before a beam of crimson energy fires at the downed Red King.  It roars in defiance but isn't able to stand up to this blast.

The Red King he was facing goes down in an explosion.  The Red King you are fighting stops turning to run...and turns back.  Its tail, damaged, hits the ground defiantly.  It doesn't have anywhere else to run.  So it gives in to its instincts.

Roaring in pain, anger, and hopelessness it charges at the group.  The energy on its claws gathers as it tries to swipe at Bowser first, summoning deadly strength reminiscent of death throws.  It turns, rushing at Hibiki aiming to use those same hands to slam her into the ground, before turning towards Mash next.

Its jaws snap forward, trying to bite down on the Shielder...trying to trap her in those jaws and just keep applying pressure until either its jaws or she breaks.  Then it charges at Dysnomia, aiming to leap off high into the air... and then come back down like a meteor.  Aiming to body slam her into the earth, and likely cause earthquake damage to the city itself.
Ritsuka Fujimaru Things look like they're just about handled with one of the Red King's being taken down by Belial, and the other one facing the group of non-giant Elites (notwithstanding Bowser) nearly down as well. Knowing better than to get complacent, however, Mash keeps her guard up even when it's turning to flee. Her preparation is well-timed, it seems, as the Red King charges right back at them, and those giant jaws threaten to take her right off the ground whole. Only her shield stands between it and all those teeth, and that's not saying anything about its last ditch efforts to kill everyone that's threatening to destroy it in turn.

Ritsuka's energy-building ploy finally comes to fruition as she leaps out from cover, sprinting across what's left of the street after Bowser's big flattening time and throwing herself over the hood of a car to get there a little faster. Even after falling right off and landing face first, she scrambles across the ground to practically slam her hand into the Shielder's back, causing a brief, but sudden flare of magical energy. Getting that close means Ritsuka practically has to throw herself into the creature's mouth, too, and whatever foul liquids and blood in its mouth are certain to make the scrapes and wounds from earlier even worse for both her and the Shielder. Still, getting more sliced up is worth the gamble here.

"All yours!"
"Understood! Unleashing Noble Phantasm!"

Despite not having much room to maneuver, Mash turns all that energy into a defensive wall of power that spreads from herself to all of her companions, bathing them in a protective light. It'll only last for a moment, but that moment might be just what they all need to actually stop the destruction of the sea wall!

Sadly, in all of this excitement, neither Mash nor Ritsuka get a chance to witness Ultraman's beam attack in person. Maybe next time.
Hibiki Tachibana     It'd have been easy if the thing went down right then and there. But, despite looking as if it might call it quits, the kaiju is fighting on desperately. Almost ferally, even. It's not even trying any tricks like the rocks, just throwing itself straight at them. And it changed its mind when Belial destroyed...the other one.

Could these things have been...mates, or something like that?

...That explains why they were together. Damnit.

With it rampaging like this though, if they don't act fast, it's going to flatten everything around them. Gritting her teeth as bracing her whole body, she throws her fist back to match the Red King's own swipe solely to try and cancel out as much force with force as she can - but even firing her thrusters full blast, she still ends up getting knocked away and smashing into the ground hard enough to crack concrete and leave an indent.

Which she painfully pries herself out of after some pained grunting, watching the Red King sail into the sky and prepare to come down. She doesn't know what Ritsuka and Mash are doing, exactly, but this energy feels protective - so she'll count on them to minimize the damage as much as possible. As for her...well, she only has one thing she's good at.

And that's steading herself against the earth, rearing back a fist as her other hand grips the pilebunker set in the gauntlet - and she pulls back, back, and back some more until the thing has gone past its natural constraints. Only when it's extended past her elbow does she fire her Symphogear's boosters one last time and launch herself off...!

5tTo pummel at full speed and full force into the Red King's torso. The initial punch is going to hit hard, and the second impact of the bunker slamming back into place will hit even harder - a one-two punch that's going to try and mimic what Dysnomia did a moment ago, and brute force her way right through its body to leave a massive hole in her wake.
Bowser Bowser rapidly shrinks back down to normal size as the magic is exhausted, landing with a huff. He dusts both of his hands off. "Now." With a cornered victim, Bowser starts stomping forward, even if he is back down to like 10 feet and no where near as tall as the Red King. He has a big grin on his face. One that slowly shifts into a frown as the creature actually gets back up. The SLASH aimed for the King slams across his chest. It is only the shield from the two that doesn't actually draw blood from Bowser. But it is enough to throw him back to the ground.

There is only one way to finish this. Bowser looks around, pacing a tad... then yes. Bowser digs his hands into the dirt.

When he turns around, he is hoisting up a REAL BIG BOULDER.

"This will teach YOU to mess with ME."

He gives it a mighty TOSS.
Dysnomia     No. Don't. Stop. You're here. They're watching. They know. You can't. You can't Her claws and her wings were out and bare and she could feel all the rest clawing at her inside, burning, demanding, begging.

    But she couldn't. She couldn't.

It was the shield that saved her. Concealing in a sudden radiance, the Red King's strike sent her flying through the shattered, half-fallen remains of a warehouse with a sound like thunder, and a rumble as it all collapsed on top of her.

The rubble shifted, a wing pushing fallen masonry off from on top of her, as Dysnomia struggled to the surface. Still half-buried, her throat began to glow...She coughed, spewing plasma over the ground in front of her, then...!

She finished as she began, another line of plasma fire, cutting across the Red King's face, near its eyes.
Ishirou The Red King is completely exhausted... it's past the point of being able to keep going, but... it still thrashes.  Even when it was shot again, even when shields fall on it, or fists hit it, or a giant rock...

Even when its face is blasted off by plasma.  It did all it could do, falling backward and reaching a hand slowly out toward the sea...

An explosion happens, as Kaiju are known to do after being beaten.  Leaving nothing but the flaming remains of the monster.  The particles of the creature start to flow away, sucked away into a capsule being held out by Ultraman Belial.

He gives the fighters who helped him a wave, before making a big ULTRA SOUND into the sky, flying off once more towards space.

Despite the destruction, Tokyo was saved from the even bigger disaster of the Sea Wall coming down.  However, was there something behind these attacks?  Was there something more to the Kaiju behavior?  And just who is this Ultraman who helped you?

Next on Ultraman B...
