Sir Gawain has posed:
Since his capture in Grail Chicago and sad, heartfelt seperation with his hands, Reaper has been held in a non-descript non-important Union Holding Facility somewhere in the Multiverse, in Cell #4. His left hand has been surgically reattached, whilst his right has been replaced with a prosthetic. He has had a new mask made, which allows him to speak, but blocks off the mana absorption of his ability, and is tightly locked to prevent removal.

TODAY, he has visitors. Sir Gawain and several parties who took part in his capture are at the Union Holding Facility(TM) to ask Reaper some questions. No one knows his agenda or virtually anything about him, and any digging for him in Grail Chicago would have pulled up little but rumors. Mikhail is not here, he was denied for both not being Union, and for being a deserting loser.

Inside his cell, Reaper sits on the floor. There's a chair, a toilet and sink, a bookshelf, and a cot to 'decorate' the cell, but Reaper seems content to sit crosslegged on the floor. His eyes are closed, even as a guard escorts the interrogators inside. He does not speak, atleast, yet.

Neither does Sir Gawain, dressed fully in armor, blade dematerialized. He'll let others ask questions first, before he asks his own. Also, he's an awful interrogator, so there's that.

Emiya Shirou (560) has posed:
Shirou's wearing his battle armor over his normal clothes. If you can call the fiber weave vest and gloves armor, anyways. Just in case. But he's not showing any hostility for the Reaper as the group wanders into the cell.

Shirou glances to the side at Sir Gawain, seeing how the Servant's handling this, but with Reaper not talking...

Shirou decides to open discussion with a warm-toned few words. "Good, they got your arms issue sorted out. I'd feel bad for crippling someone permanently..." Though he was prepared to accept the blame for that. It was for a good cause. And also self defense.

Riva Banari has posed:
Riva is not really experienced in dealing with prisoners. Most of the problem people she's had to deal with so far is dead. However, she's interested in hearing what's up and maybe learning some things by proxy, so she's here to listen to Emiya and Psyber take the lead on this.

Riva is wearing her Templar uniform, with her 2 augmented MAC-10s in plain sight. It's probably not actually all that intimidating but she'll settle for being prepared.

Maya has posed:
So here Maya was again and she looks a bit out of place here but she's not really one to fit in most places. She's also a healer she looks like something out of mad max relly. She seems calm for the moment no visable weapons on her save an empty knife sheath but she is shuffling cards in hand and well it's been a long time since Maya had to grill someone. Thankfully Psyber's got more experiance than her is. Her green eyes no focus on Reaper with not hate but intrest, why? Just what's going on here with him?

Psyber (253) has posed:
Psyber is here. Psyber is not dressed in a hostile manner. Instead, the half-angel is wearing a simple suit and a pair of gloves on his hands. He calmly walks into the cell holding Reaper and says, "I'll be direct with you. You have a very slim chance to walk out of this situation with your freedom and a parole sentence. Not a pardon, so don't misunderstand me. But probation. No magic. You'll probably be a dirt farmer somewhere, if you have information I find useful."

"So we'll start simple: You have to know it was suicide to attack us when you did. That many servants and high-tier combatants and you chose a frontal assault. Why?"

Sir Gawain has posed:
As soon as Shirou speaks, Reaper's eyes open. Bright blue eyes, as they dart over to the Magus without his head moving. "You technically did. A prosthetic isn't a replacement. But, it was my fault, not yours. You were the better combatant." His voice, if it has any emotion to it, is warm.

And then his eyes dart to Psyber. He seems to smile a bit. "Your terms aren't very good. I give you info, and you have me shoveling dirt. Are you even authority on my world? No need to answer that, I'm aware you're not." He closes his eyes for a minute, before looking back at him. "Are you aware I cannot turn off my mana vacuum no matter how much I wanted? I have a different negotiation. I'll give you everything I know, in return for being let free. Feel free to put a tracker on me. I'm not going back to my world. I'll probably become a vagabond. And in return, you get some very, very useful information."

"I wanted to test my competition. I was confident that we could fight you and then escape without little harm to ourselves. We were wrong. And before you ask, as I know you'll ask: My assault on the boy here was solely to take a life for a life. Berserker was dying, so I would kill one of you own in return. And hopefully get killed myself, which did not happen." Reaper still seems warm in voice, but a bit...sad that he's alive, maybe? Sir Gawain grimaces a bit, but yet does not speak.

"I do have more information. I've stalked several combatants, and...learned some things. But we'll have to make a favorable negotiation before I release it. I'm not stupid." Reaper is very firm about this. "Or, you could get none of it, and I'll be fine rotting away where ever you'd like me to."

Emiya Shirou (560) has posed:
"How am I supposed to figure out good terms either without knowing much about you?" Shirou points out with a frown at Reaper. "We have your name and reputation at best. Nothing about circumstances or goals... or what you wanted from the Holy Grail..." he doesn't sound bothered by the attempt on his life, for some reason or another.

God only knows why. Most people would be pretty damned upset! Shirou's... taking it in stride.

There is something wrong with this guy.

Psyber (253) has posed:
"I am not an authority on your world, no. You are correct in this," Psyber says simply, not seeming phased by the statement that he does not have authority, "However, you personally attempted to assault myself and numerous other personnel alligned with the Union Superfactional Military. This does place you under my jurisdiction, as a Reserve Colonel, for the punishment related to such crimes."

Normally, Psyber is far more aggressive and casual than this, but Psyber's best friend is also Nathan Hall, and the half-angel seems quite serious as he says, "Now, if you wish to trade your information for your release from our custody, this is precisely the situation I am authorized to negotiate."

"Your life being spared was a personal call at the time. Consider it an anomaly. Nine times out of ten, that situation would have likely seen you dead. This just happened to be the tenth," He gives a smile with minimal warmth.

"As for our terms. You will give us your information. We will supply you with a computer or a pad of paper or whatever you want. In return, we will find the farthest sector away from your homeworld, set you up with a new identity and travel papers, and you can begin your new life as..." He pauses, "...a residentially impared travel afficionado."

Maya has posed:
Maya is lsistening at this ping and she pauses for a moment as she listens to what Reaper has to say she's curious but this is Pysber's call and there's always the danger of letting him lose after all. It's not her call however for now she listens curious.

Riva Banari has posed:
Riva arches an eyebrow as Psyber gets this party started. This gets Reaper going, and gives Riva some insight into what's going on.

Too bad what's going on is fairly complicated. She crosses her arms and tilts her head slightly. This seems to be moving along. "If you want to die so badly though, what will you do if you're let go? This doesn't seem to match up."

Sir Gawain has posed:
"If you'll accept me just telling you the info, that'll work." Reaper turns from Psyber to Shirou, as Shirou frowns, before back to Psyber. "Guess I was unlucky this time." Reaper then turns to Riva. "I'll live my life. I know there's worlds of adventure out there, maybe I'll become an adventurer who works in risky jobs. Who knows? I'm not going to kill myself by my own hand, nor will I specifically let myself die. Strange, isn't it?"

And then Reaper turns back to Shirou. "So, you want my backstory? I'll give that first, then, before what I know of the grail. Jalo Aalto, born June 13th, 1965. That makes me twenty-two, for the record. Gemini. Born in Vantaa, Finland. Hobbies include billards, listening to music, and watching television reruns. Single, heterosexual, never been in a romantic relationship. If you look me up in a database, you'll find that I drowned at the age of nine in an accident. And that's where the 'fun' part begins.". Reaper seems pretty calm, but there's a sort of brief grimace as he says this.

"My family were magi. I was the heir, only child. I was...special. And people learned of this. I was able to give my mana to others at will, in the blink of an eye. A group of magi learned this. I was interesting to them. You see...they wanted to make human weapons. They kidnapped me and staged my death. And they learned I could do more than give mana. I could take it, as well. They tortured me, tinkered with me, and...did this." Reaper taps a finger to his mouth-mask, as he continues. "They turned me into the perfect assassin. I was trained to kill magi, take their mana, and give it to my 'employers'. I was their masterpiece."

"My wish? I don't know if I have one. Atleast, one that only the Grail can cause. I might have asked it to kill me. My employers wanted me to take the Grail for them. They wanted to reach the Root. I summoned Berserker purposefully, catalyst chosen specifically. My ability allowed me to keep him supplied with mana much more than the average Master, as I could take it from others rather easily. Though, the drain takes longer than the transfer."

"Any questions?" Reaper looks from person to person. Gawain's grimacing even more, but he says nothing. He does, however, feel pity for the Magus, even if he tried to kill his allies. Reaper seems to smile lightly. "I'm happy to oblige."

Psyber (253) has posed:
Psyber shakes his head to Reaper and says, "Nope. We've reached an agreement on how to handle the information in exchange for your disappearance. I've pretty much accomplished the task I came here for." He notes, reaching into the inside pocket of his jacket to remove a silver flask, taking a drink before offering in towards the man, "Scotch? It's the good stuff. 18 years and a Single Malt."

Otherwise, the half-angel just leans against a wall to let the others ask questions.

Riva Banari has posed:
Riva nods. "That is kind of strange, but I can understand that..." She listens to the backstory of the Reaper, and she grimaces, about to say something else when she suddenly stops. Oh, right, she's interrogating the guy, not asking them for odd jobs. She looks to Psyber, and then back to the guy. "I really hope you get a chance to live your life for yourself instead of what a bunch of assholes wanted you to do. If I get the chance, I'll punch them for you."

Emiya Shirou (560) has posed:
"I don't get why you're so eager to die..." Shirou's still frowning. "You're alive, so you should enjoy it, idiot." No he just doesn't understand Reaper's thoughts at all.

Even when he should probably apply the same rationality to himself and doesn't.

As he thinks more about this story though, Shirou's expression twists about with increasing disgust. Kiritsugu's right. The world of magi is one full of bloodshed and agony. "That's--"... What can he say to this? Not a heck of a lot... besides... "That's a monstrous thing to do to someone." He grunts. Not sure what to do about it. Can't exactly go after the people, can't undo the damage that was done by them.

"Well, anything about the other Masters and Servants would be good. I'm out to save lives that get endangered by this ridiculous fight. The sooner we end it the better off we'll be!"

Maya has posed:
Maya listens s the tale is told Maya's looks impassive for the first bit but as thing go deeper she grimaces a simple thing that would not be considered much to think about on her world? Was enough to ruin someone's life on another. She looks at the mask and she frowns.

"I seen the evil and deprativy that Magi will stoop that chase after the Root."

"So they altered you and ruined your life. Just so they could get a weapon?" on.

"There may be people out there that might be able to help correct what they did to you. I do know someone who may be able to do something. Agreed any thing you have on your creators and the like would be of use."

Sir Gawain has posed:
"You can't fix me without killing me. Whether you attempt to kill me straight up, or are genuinely attempting to fix it, I would die." Reaper stays straight up to Maya, before shaking his head at Psyber. "I don't drink. And even if I did, can't.". He taps the lock on the back of his mask, before turning to Shirou. "Be used as a tool to kill others for over a decade, and then tell me you still want to live. But, I can oblige your wish of information."

"To start, I know Saber of White's identity. He doesn't hide it, all you have to do is cross-reference his image with artist depictions. Ever heard of the Matter of France? About the first Holy Roman Emperor? Charles the Great, Karolus Magnus, Charlemagne. That is Saber of White. His sheer legend makes him a viable threat." As Reaper speaks, Sir Gawain visbly frowns. Charlemagne would not be an easy combatant to fight. His own blade was rumored to be magical, after all. "Let's see. Tohsaka's Servant is Lancer of Gold. I saw his lances, one of which is silver and has several spikes on it. Not sure of the identity, however. Lancer of White is dark-skinned. Not sure of identity either, but that narrows it a bit. Archer of Gold is Germanic, Master is a skilled individual who uses wind magic. Harkonnen. Could probably find out more about them from your ally, Mikhail Alkaev. Berserker of Gold is female, which narrows that down as well. I'm thinking Celtic by patterns on her garments, which means should could be, unlikely, a Tuatha, or possibly someone like Boudicca or Scathach." Reaper pauses, before smiling. "And then there's the most interesting case. What if I told you that one of the Masters isn't human?"

"I tracked down Rider of White's Master, and found a corpse. He was somewhat of a mad scientist, known for collecting and experimenting on magical creatures. His Servant was nowhere to be found, and one of his cages was left open, the other creatures still in there own. He seemed to die from a magical experiment, his own fault. Rider of White's still out there, since they would have announced that he's dead, like they did with Beowulf and Archer of White.". Gawain comments here. "They did announce Berserker's death, yes. I did not say so as we all knew of it. But I don't know why this makes you think a non-human is the Master."

Reaper taps his fingers together, as he speaks. He's smiling beneath the mask. "I saw it. Whatever it was. Briefly, but it was large. Looked like a walking suit of armor. Almost seven foot. Semed to be made of metal and wood. Rider of White themselves was armored as well; a pearl white armor, complete with helmet. They escaped me."

Reaper takes a breath. "That's what I know. I'm free to elaborate on more, and answer any other questions you may have. But anything else on Rider of White's Master is mainly speculation."

Riva Banari has posed:
Riva listens to the data drop, and then frowns. "This feels like a whiteboard thing." She comments offhand. "Looks like you've definately been doing your homework, though." She looks over to Gawain and Psyber, then. "What's our next move? We're stuck in this situation, now we need to deal with the problem. If any of the other Masters are even half as thorough as this guy, they're going to be looking for all of us and trying to find ways to neutralize us."

Emiya Shirou (560) has posed:
"You've been after this many Masters and Servants?!" Shirou's stunned. Reaper got -away- from all of these people? And kept hidden? He stares at Gawain with shock on his face. "... Hold on a moment... if you're this good at surviving and hiding, just what kind of hold do your masters have on you? You couldn't just run way at any time? You even had a Servant..."

Shirou's making less and less sense of this guy...

But he's jotting down all of these details. They'll be relevant later, for sure!

Psyber (253) has posed:
Psyber's reply is pretty simple, "I'm probably going to post the footage from this interview and negotiation to the Union boards and let people decide where to proceed from here. This involves more people than just those in this room, and I'm not going to decide how to proceed without other input."

Maya has posed:
Maya listens as the intel as given and humms Charlemagne she's not even from Earth and she's heard od this guy. She listen thinking for a moment and thinks for a moment looking at him.

"Humm curious Celtic you say?"

She thinks for a moment but gets no ideas she frowns at Reaper nodding a little bit.

"It is your choice."

There was a lot to think over now.

Sir Gawain has posed:
"When people have experimented enough on you to turn you into a weapon, they are almost definitely going to have tricks to control you. From what I know, they have means of taking me out, probably related to my ability and their experimentation. Hell, there could be a magical killswitch, but, seeing as it hasn't been activated, it's likely not remote if it exists." Reaper says calmly, before turning to Psyber. "I expected as much. I didn't see your whole crowd here."

Gawain turns to Riva, frowning. "We'll need to step up the offensive. ...Barthomeloi and Saber of White may be the prime target we need to take out, but Rider of White sounds like a possibly grave threat. No matter what we do, we must take caution while we do it."

Because, in a Holy Grail War, one little mistake can be the equivalent of triggering a land mine.
