The barrel splits apart from magazine to muzzle, its interior glowing and seeping with glowing blue mist.<br /> <br />    "It's okay if you don't want to talk."<br /> <br />    As if punctuating that sentence, Vervi's rifle fires a concentrated beam of blue light directed at the level of the foxwoman's knees. Aimed at the left, she sweeps the beam aside to cross over the right leg as well.<br> <br>
