And Fate blacks out in a world of rose-colored light, only to wake up in a crater, every part of her body angrily sore as she picks herself up slowly, leaning on Bardiche with a panting gasp. But she doesn't let herself give in just yet. Even with her Barrier Jacket seared massively and her Device showing wear and damage.
