It is instead somewhere around the northern end of the city. It's cold out, Winter starting to set in to the city and the temperature going towards freezing almost every night. It makes one wonder why Psyber would pick such a weird place to meet him. <br /><br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Well, the answer is pretty simple. Upon arrival, the place is revealed to be an ice skating rink. It's got a middling population for the night and Psyber is leaning up against one of the railing with two pairs of skates in his hand.
