"At, I had wondered what machination of The Organization that hellish squawking was." she remarks, twirling her staff before setting it into the sand by the end-cap. "I am Theurgus, The Mad Magician... And yes, I supposed we shall begin." She lifts her free hand to her mouth, and emits a sharp whistle, that brings Nobbu wearing her team's colours charging in to clash with Touta's, spear and bayonet, musket and pistol.<br><br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;The flung Nobbu comes flying at her, flailing and looking ready to shank the magician with its bayonet; Theurgus just sidesteps and lets it sail past into the rush of her own forces.<br><br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;She then brings her staff up, and unleashes a volley of wind-elemental magic bolts. Her retaliation is immediate as she lets out her volley of wind magic which is a bit more difficult to deal with than some thrown Nobu. The quick wind bullets stop Touta in his stride as they knock him back with each blow. But he finds an opportunity to evade and continue his charge. <br><br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; "Oh yeah, well my name's Touta Konoe! The guy who's kicking you off his lawn!" Getting into close-combat range he brings his blade towards the sand and slices it into the ground whipping up a sandstorm at the magician to impair her vision of her opponent. He takes this opportunity to come up from behind her and slam his blade into her ribcage to return the favor.<br> <br>

As he kicks up sand to blind her she dodges to the side, barely scraping past the slame of that blade. It connects, and digs out a furrow of her back to reveal angry looking red fragmented code beneath. She's a Program, after all, no bones to break or organs to attack.<br><br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;She feels it though, wincing as she stumbles slightly, using her staff to support her as she wheels around. "This Island belongs to the Lunar Royals. All others are simply pretenders to the throne." she states, seeming to believe whole heartedly that this is really WAR, and not some overblown game a questionably mad Archer thought up. Without even any incantations and just as she finds herself distracted with those wounds...The boy disappears! Without even kickig up any sand from his stride he shoots back towards the witch at blinding speeds intending to drive his knee into the woman's gut before she even realizes what's hit her.<br> <br>

Touta might be immortal and can manage with the icy needles that pelt at him so frequently, but the cold is slowly ensnaring him in a violent grasp and he knows that if this keeps up well he'll be likely frozen...On a beach of all places. Once she's cast the spell, she's moving perpendicular to the other warrior, throwing off his aim just enough that she only loses an arm, instead of getting bifurcated. The limb shatters into voxels that then dissapear, leaving her with the stump of a right arm which is emitting a few 'spikes' of damaged code as the subsystem begins to self-repair, albeit slowly. She redirects her Resource away from that at the moment. The way she dodges his falling way, willing to sacrifice her arm to avoid impending danger, all of it making sure to optimize her chances of winning. It makes him smile all the more when she compliments him, "You're pretty cool yourself! It says alot for a magician like yourself to fight like that! You've gotta be crazy talented or something! I bet you even give Hime-chan a run for her money!" With all that banter though, Touta's really shouldn't be in shape for talking. He might be healing like crazy but he's still feeling his vitality getting sapped by this storm. The only relief he's got is in the fact he can feel his body slowly healing if only a bit. That his body restoring itself allows him to keep moving, and by continuing to move he can buffer the worst of this storm's effects. While he doesn't say it, it's clear he has no intention to give up this fight just yet either! <br><br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; "Guess I gotta dig a bit deeper!!!" <br><br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The boy's arm begin to accrue a black miasma that changes the shape of the child's small arms into more gauntlet like fists. It's less like he's powered up though and more as though he's digging into his reserves just to keep himself afloat. Perhaps an indication of how much juice he himself has left. But regardless he goes on the offence swinging his blade relentlessly inorder to avoid her from using any more grandiose spells on him before he's ready.<br> <br>

Sprays of red code fly from her, like blood, with each strike, but she's managing to cope in close quarters well enough.<br><br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Theurgus then whistles, drawing attention of some of the Nobbu, who then rush to their 'commanders' aid, trying to pile onto Touta while Theurgus backs off again. "I suppose you have earned the respect required for this." She dismisses her staff for a moment, instead holding a crystal that looks like it has a plasma rainbow trapped within it. As she presses this to her chest, she speaks a single word. "Access." Engulfed in a pillar of white light, the mage reemerges with both arms, a new outfit and large metallic clockwork 'armour' in places around her feet, waist, shoulders and head, making her look like some kind of valkyrie. Her hair billows in unfelt wind, and shimmers like an oil slick on the inner side, being a chrome-like metallic on the outer side. Eyes are heterochromic, one remaining blue, the other turned red, and they switch randomly as she blinks. "I am Diamond Soul."<br><br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;She summons her staff again, and with a flourish, speaks words of power. <span class="bold_fg_w bg_n ++ hw">"Guardian Program. Superior Network, bring unto me the runtime thine process doth bear; as I render unto thee. Prove the offenses of my foe fruitless. Annihilate their aggressions, Vanquish their hope. Split the Null! Divine Ray!"</span> The marble at the head of Theurgus' staff shines a brilliant white, as the clouds dissipate. Only for a beam of incandescences so bright calling it 'white' would be a disservice, lancing down onto Touta, and the Nobbu she uses to get some space like an orbital strike.<br> <br>

If they're comparing strength Touta definitely has the upper hand to deal with these Nobus from overwhelming him, but there are just so damn many! "Gah! Get off! Beat it!" While he's trying to get these minions off of him, it looks like Theurgus is already preparing her final attack. Even more than Touta she goes through a transformation he's pretty sure he's never even seen before. It's almost like she's a different person and she announces herself as such. Before he has any time to question it, before he has any time to think of what to do next, the white light from above pierces down from above and disintegrates Touta in the most literal sense along with friend and ally Nobu alike. All that's left of the poor boy is spilled blood across the battlefield left from the rain of light.<br><br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;"Aaaah, that definitely was a kill blow. Theurgus, or Diamond Soul, or whoever you are, you're crazy strong yourself...But!!!" <br><br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The boy's voice rises, from just a single splatter of blood the entirety of the boy's body was regenerating near instaneously! From just that droplet he had been able to reform his body completely. No more than that, his body was completely consumed by that black miasma. He looked less like the boy he had been when they had first encountered one another and more of a monster. Those black gauntlets now claws of reptilian nature creeping across his arms. His legs from the knees down enveloped in the same demonic miasma and a tail like armor began trailing from his neck all the way down his spine to the floor. Yet even as his appearence grow more grotesque, he still smile to Diamond Heart. <br><br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; "Better brace yourself Diamond, or I might shatter ya!!!" <br><br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; With all the strength he had left he blasted his fist right into Theurgus' center of mass for a finishing blow...<br> <br>
