Description
Human Resources is a shadowy group intended to provide confidential, trustworthy services of any type, but specializing in the sort that require deniable assets, such as theft, assassination, and other less upright missions. Its main goal is maintaining the physical and financial security of its unaffiliated members, and providing a side income for faction-aligned members willing to perform missions without full details. Human Resources guarantees confidentiality in who hired them for a task, as well as factional security in never assigning an agent with conflicting loyalties to a mission. Though primarily mercenaries for hire, Human Resources on occasion performs missions for the group's benefit without a client.
