The User Network is a brother system of the Abstractum Network, a collective of various Elites of assorted skill, power, mentality, nature, and background brought together by their ownership of power-granting artifacts known as the Abstractum, alongside their associates, allies, and those who otherwise monitor the Abstractum Network itself but do not have an Abstractum of their own.
