"This one is a few days later, sorry! There was a battle in the Germany of the world the Mirror Forest is in, specifically the Black Forest, between Ira MacNally and Janine Liberi, two Persona users. Mister Ark Line and his Caster, as well as miss Laer, were along to watch, as were August Kohler and Hoshi Amakasu. After a few back and forth slugs, a teenager wandered in, asking what we were doing."
A description of Kazimir Volkov is included.
"He revealed himself to also be a Persona user and interrupted the fight by his presence. Miss Laer used the occasion to finalize Ira's recruitment into the Confederacy (after our meeting with her, see previous report), but I think she has one of those special ranks where we shouldn't be talking about it. So forget I said that!"
"That's about all there is to say about that event. We're up to five Persona users now; one of them is with us, the others are all unknown or with the Union."
