Description
The world of Pixel is one of advanced science and technology, a world containing robots wielding laser weaponry. Nonetheless it has one ancient remnant of ancient magic: a flying island inhabited by odd and unfamiliar beings that stand out from the mundane mass of the world's humanity. Pixel has an uncomfortable relationship with the ancient magic, both coveting the legendary arts and fearing them. The theme is the time of the Cave Story game, starting from the disappearance of the Sakamoto research team, extending past the events of the True End.
