Go-Go a-go-go in Ponyland

Synopsis:	Ponyland - a land of mystery, to be investigated. Much to the regret of Ziggy, GoGo and Rarity provide illumination.

Ziggy Grover has posed:
Ponies!

Ziggy Grover had, like, -no- idea what to do with ponies. And thus, when Dr. K expressed interest in Equestria, Ziggy shook his head.

"Nuh-uh, nope," he gestured, pointing at himself, then at the screen. "Me, in -that- place? If -you- want data so badly, why don't -you- go?"

Dr. K's expression was stoic. Instead, she began to type at her keyboard.

A panel slid out, followed by what appeared to be a very large cannon. "Would you prefer to work on your training, Ranger Series Operation Green?" she enunciated in a very flat voice.

Which is why he stands in the large fields of Equestria, shading his eyes, grumbling. "This is blackmail, that's what it is."

Grumping, the scraggy-haired skinny man adjusts his leather jacket. "Everything's so -green-. You... uh, are you getting readings, or are you gaping?"

GoGo Tomago (736) has posed:
GoGo Tomago slides up, gliding silently until she's right behind Ziggy. She's been to Equestria before... And if this is Ziggy's first time, she's got a GREAT idea to scare him. Sneaking up, she suddenly rears onto her hind legs and starts shaking him. "ZIGGY! YOU'VE GOT TO HELP ME! THEY'RE ALL PONIES HERE!" she shouts, acting utterly terrified.

Ziggy Grover has posed:
No, he hadn't been to Equestria before. So when he spins around, it's with a "Whaaat? GoGo...?"

Pause. Stare.

"Uh... GoGo..? That -is- you, right...?" Ziggy asks, uncertainly, reaching up to run a hand through his hair. Pause. Wait. Wait, what?

Lifting his hand to his vision, Ziggy jerks his head back. "What the helllllll?"

It's a HOOF. A HOOF.

Flinging his head back, Ziggy looks down. Pat pat. That... that was definitely not his body. For one, he was pretty sure he was skinnier than that.

Patting his rump, Ziggy... feels out something...

It's a TAIL! Swirling it up in front of him, he stares. Raggedy, shaggedy, brown hair, GROWING OUT OF HIS RUMP.

Where was his morpher...?

"DOC! DOC!!! I'M A PONYYY!"

GoGo Tomago (736) has posed:
GoGo Tomago chuckles and slugs Ziggy in the shoulder with a hoof. "Don't worry. You'll adjust eventually. S'up, Zigs?"

Ziggy Grover has posed:
Balefully staring at GoGo, Ziggy turns his attention to the wrist. "DOC! DOC!"

"Yes, Ranger Green. I'm aware," Dr. K's voice responds back. "The transformation apparently takes place nearly immediately when you enter Ponyland."

"YOU KNEW THIS WAS GOING TO HAPPEN?!" Ziggy shouts, waving his hooves, dropping his tail that he'd been clinging to in disbelief.

"You didn't read the files, did you, Ranger Green?" Dr. K's voice was calm and clipped.

Ziggy's eyes narrow. "You're not laughing at me, are you?"

"I am not, no." Muffled laughter.

"You -are- laughing!"

"It was not me, I assure you. Although I cannot vouch for the other Rangers."

Ziggy hangs his head, and then looks at GoGo. "... well, uh... I guess we're going to be horsing around here a while."

GoGo Tomago (736) has posed:
GoGo Tomago bursts out laughing. "Oh that's a good one, Zigs. So yeah. This is Equestria. Marshmallow and her friends live here, and I gotta say. I wasn't sold at first, but this place is pretty swank."

Rarity (136) has posed:
Funny she should mention 'Marshmellow and friends', because it's the white unicorn that comes trotting out of the nearby town. The main warpgate isn't all that far from Ponyville, for whatever reasons the multiverse has.

Rarity just.. pauses at the conversation she walks into. "... You didn't tell him about this before coming, did you?", she asks Gogo.

Ziggy Grover has posed:
Sad pony in grass. Ziggy just stares at GoGo, before waving hooves. "How am I supposed to do -anything- with these hooves? I can't even -do- shadow puppets! I don't have -thumbs-." Tap tap. "I can slide this thing, though... okay, wait, the bio-field what it is... I should change back into Ranger form?"

Swinging his wrist up, Ziggy pushes a hoof up on the slider.

"RPM, GET IN GEAR!"

The (it's not SPANDEX) alloy of the costume slides in place, the helmet forms and explosion goes off behind him.

... PONY RANGER GREEN, POSE!

"... ... ... DOC, DOC!"

"... interesting, the memory sheet alloy -does- transform to match your form too..." Dr. K's voice clinically notes. More muffled laughter.

"I'm A PONY RANGER!"

Ziggy spins around, and stares at Rarity,. "I'M A PONY RANGER!"

GoGo Tomago (736) has posed:
She GRINS. "Why no, Rarity. I did not tell him about this before he came here. Actually, I didn't even know he was coming here."

GoGo Tomago (736) has posed:
GoGo Tomago says, "I just came to do some exploring and get used to being down on all fours."

Rarity (136) has posed:
Rarity shakes her head a bit. Though really, you can't deny it isn't amusing to some degree.

"Just calm down dear. Your armor, whatever, and abilities do adapt to the new form, within reason. So there is no reason to panic."

Ziggy Grover has posed:
"Calm down." Ziggy repeats that, with a dangerously low voice.

"It -is- advisible, Ranger Green. You have elevated blood pressure, your eyes are dilated, and your breathing are erratic."

"How -can- you even tell it's -elevated-? I'm a -pony-."

Looking at GoGo, then Rarity, Ziggy takes a deep breath, moving his arms up, then down. "I am calm. I am as still as the deep end of the pool. My harmony is undisturbed. I rock babies to sleep with my lullaby."

Deep breath. "But I am not getting on all fours."

GoGo Tomago (736) has posed:
Gogo Laughs. "Well that's up to you. But it's a LOT easier to get around." she says, and smiles at Rarity. "How's it going?" she asks. "Sorry if I caused a bit of a bother by scaring him. Too good of an opportunity to pass up."

Rarity (136) has posed:
Rarity's coiled bangs bounce a little as she shakes her head. "Suit yourself, dear. You may find it a bit awkward, though."

Then turns her attention to Gogo. "So! Would you like to see your new jacket?"

Ziggy Grover has posed:
"I'm not sure I like looking down on you," Ranger Green observes from his position, before lowering himself to sit in the grass, buttwise. "You've been -here- before?"

Pause. "And if you're exploring, I guess I should go with you too. Gather up more information for Dr. K. Right, Doc...?"

"Mmmhmmm..." Dr. K's response was that sort of 'busy studying data, don't talk to me."

GoGo Tomago (736) has posed:
GoGo Tomago sighs and ponyloafs next to Ziggy. "Look, in all seriousness, you adjust pretty damn quickly. And this is one of the nicest places I've ever seen. It's not perfect, but it's a lot more idyllic than most 'modern' places."

Rarity (136) has posed:
"Better than some have, that is for certain," Rarity agrees. "If you do explore, try not to go too far into Everfree. Nightmare Moon, her minions, and some of Equestria's more dangerous wildlife all reside there. In the meantime."

Rarity turns her head a bit, and her horn lights up with a bright blue shimmer as she uses her magic to open one of her saddle bags, and pull out a folded jacket. Which she passes over to GoGo. "Here you go, dahling."

It actually looks similar to GoGo's normal jacket, save some additional padding over the shoulders and on the elbows, which is in yellow sections that matchs the color of GoGo's super hero suit. "The exterior is still leather, but it is lined and padded with of the more durable material the Multiverse has to offer without becoming too heavy or stiff. That should help cut down on the wear and tear for you."

Ziggy Grover has posed:
"It is, I guess..." Ranger Green says, looking about, and then taking a deep breath. "I haven't seen so much -green- since... well, for a couple of years."

After a moment, he taps his morpher.

Back to Ziggy, complete with leather jacket. "So, with this much -peace-, what, uh... do you guys like..." Motioning with hooves, Ziggy tries to find words. "Like, race?"

GoGo Tomago (736) has posed:
GoGo Tomago GRINS. "Ziggy. It's ME. I LOVE racing. Hell, we could find rainbow Dash and see if she wants to race! Rarity, I do have to ask, why is it that we become ponies?"

Rarity (136) has posed:
"In some parts of Equestria racing is an popular professional sport." Because, well, horses. "Hoofington, mainly. Pegasus races are popular in Cloudsdale and Los Pegasus, though." Rarity shrugs her shoulders a little. "It is just an effect the magical nature of Equestria seems to have. You would have to ask Twilight Sparkler, that level of indepth magic is beyond my knowledge."

Ziggy Grover has posed:
"Hoofington," Ziggy echoes. "Must be a stable population." Stretching... or rather, frolicking about on his back, Ziggy considers the sky. "Well, come on, let's mustang around somewhere."

GoGo Tomago (736) has posed:
GoGo Tomago snickers a bit. "I think you'll do just fine Zigs... Wait... Rarity, why don't you and the others become humans when you leave equestria?'

Rarity (136) has posed:
Rarity pffs, rolling her eyes. "Why that would be rediculous, don't you think? We've always been here and always been Ponies, after all. The effect only happens coming in, not going out, I guess."

GoGo Tomago (736) has posed:
GoGo Tomago says, "Well, I've always lived in San Fransokyo, and I've always been a biped."

Ziggy Grover has posed:
"So, if we leave, we won't be ponies furlong?" Ziggy asks.

Rarity (136) has posed:
Rarity reachs over to pat Ziggy's shoulder with a forehoof. Which actually isn't quite as hard and heavy as a normal horse's hoof, though it's still firm. And not really visible different from the rest of her leg, but that's besides the point. "No dear, you will change back once you leave. I imagine GoGo did not mention that as part of her joke?"

GoGo Tomago (736) has posed:
GoGo Tomago says, "Have I mentioned yet that i'm not the one who brought him here?"

Ziggy Grover has posed:
"She did not," Ziggy responds, turning his head towards GoGo. "And neither did Doctor K."

Folding his hooves across his chest, Ziggy... discovers that the thing that keeps swishing in and out of his vision is his being all -grumpy- with his tail, and bats it down with his hooves, sitting on it.

Rarity (136) has posed:
"No," Rarity replies with a bemused grin, "But you are the one that thought it was a funny joke." She's dealt with Pinkie Pie and Rainbow Dash on enough April Foal's Days to just roll with it to the degree.

Then she puts a hoof to her mouth to keep from giggling too loudly at Ziggy. "He's quite cute trying to look grumpy and uncomfortable like that though."

GoGo Tomago (736) has posed:
GoGo Tomago chuckles quietly. "I've never seen someone sit on their tail like that. Isn't it uncomfortable?"

Ziggy Grover has posed:
"It's like sitting on a snake. A furry snake," Ziggy responds, sticking his lower lip out defiantly.

Rarity (136) has posed:
Rarity gives her own curled tail a flick. "While I wouldn't recommend it, our tails are mostly long hair. Some are quite soft, really." Especially if it's extra poofy like Pinkie Pie's.

GoGo Tomago (736) has posed:
GoGo Tomago shrugs a bit... "I'm still getting used to the tail myself. It got caught in the wheels not too long ago, so... Yeah, that was unplasent."

Ziggy Grover has posed:
Now Ziggy looks at GoGo. "What happened after you went back...? A pain in the tailbone?"

Rarity (136) has posed:
Rarity cringes. "That could not be pleasant." Then pauses. "... Does that count as a physical injury, or a wardrobe malfunction, considering your alternate attire, I wonder."

GoGo Tomago (736) has posed:
GoGo Tomago shakes her head. "I was okay. Just a little bit of a bump on the head." she sayyyys, yawning a bit and sipping from a thermos of coffee.

Ziggy Grover has posed:
Ziggy Grover says, "The -head-? But the tail's on your rear end," Ziggy replies, canting his head. "... or are you wearing a ponytail?"

GoGo Tomago says, "no... When it got caught in the wheels, I went head first into a tree."

Rarity (136) has posed:
Rarity mmmhmms. "If he keeps talking like that, he's going to fit in around here just fine." With that Rarity turns back towards Ponyville. "I really should be getting back home. Or my sister is going to think she can stay up past bedtime waiting for me. Enjoy the new jacket, GoGo... and do try to not rough it up too soon, hmm?" She says it in a tone of voice though that pretty much accepts that it's going to happen. GoGo was a lot like a certain crash happy pegasus, except maybe not so dense. Thankfully.

Ziggy Grover has posed:
"Have a good evening then, ma'am. Wouldn't want your sister getting any night mares," Ziggy replies, lifting a hoof to wave, before peering closer at GoGo. "What happened to your helmet? YOu had too much unbridled enthusiasm?"

GoGo Tomago (736) has posed:
GoGo Tomago GROANS. "Ziggy. We have to get you out of here before you go native."

Ziggy Grover has posed:
"Fine, fine, time to gallop and go," Ziggy replies as he gets up, his tail lashing. HMPH. Hopefully Dr. K had all she needed to know.

GoGo Tomago (736) has posed:
"Although... Want to stop for a hayburger and hayfries, with a side of haybacon?"

Ziggy Grover has posed:
"Neiiiiigh," Ziggy responds, shaking his head and tapping a hoof against the ground. "That's not a whinning combo.'

GoGo Tomago groans again. "Could you at least stop with the horse puns?"

Ziggy Grover has posed:
"I swear, I'll be dun when we're out of here," Ziggy responds, as he starts back for the portal.
