Ziggy Grover has posed:
The Bar and Grill at the Edge of the Multiverse.

Here people of all species and allegiances could intermix, usually with a certain amount of freedom. Good, bad, it didn't matter.

Hanging out here was a good way to get familiar with the various multiverses that happened to intersect; usually, the newbies came here at least once.

Ziggy Grover, being the utterly open, mindless wild-haired schmoozer, had a simple invitation: "Let's meet here. And this time, I don't suppose, we could forego the usual mindless fights that happens when someone from one culture bumps into another, and like, talk it out, instead of brawling? Because I've had my share of these recently, and let me tell you, it's no fun."

Picking a table with plenty of space, Ziggy picked up a linen napkin, and palmed it, testing it out... hm. Could do good things with it...

Ayako Hasekawa has posed:
    The Bar and Grill at the Edge the Multiverse is a bit of an oddity. To get there, all one really needs to do is just go through an open doorway and think, 'darn, I could go for some food right now.' Or something similar. Of course, Ayako Hasekawa doesn't eat. Good thing it also works when you're really bored!

    And so Ayako walks into the Bar and Grill at the Edge of the Multiverse. She walks over to Ziggy's table, and sits down cheerfully on a bar stool nearby. Naturally, she starts spinning on it almost immediately. "Hello!"

Kimberly Hart (786) has posed:
Kimberly Hart has only been a part of the Multiverse for a few weeks now, so it's been an interesting experience so far. And being the open minded person she is, she's also found it to be rather exhilarating, especially when it came to meeting new people, even if some were a bit odd looking. "So this is the bar you've been talking about, huh?" Kim smiles excitedly when sitting opposite Ziggy, having grown fast friends with the fellow Ranger from another universe. "It's so cool! And oh wow, look at all this stuff..."

Marveling, Kim observes the menu before her, unable to even read some of this stuff! Probably best to stay away from that then.. "Oh and.. thanks for helping us settle into this, Ziggy. It's been a heck of a ride, that's for sure." She offers an appreciative smile his way, a hand lifting to curl some hair behind an ear. "I think I'm starting to get the hang of this, though." And then Ayako slips on in to join their little party, making Kim perk and smile wide to her. "Oh! Ah, hello there."

Yuna Kagurazaka (385) has posed:
It's not like Ziggy is all that much of a stranger to Yuna, but she'd been meaning to get out and about and catch up with some friends, and Ziggy's invitation seems like as good a reason as any. Meeting another new person adds extra appeal to the invitation, if he had occasion to mention that.

Yuna is actually carrying a smallish tote bag when she arrives in the Bar and Grill; Elner is flitting along by her shoulder as usual. "Hey Ziggy, hi Ayako!" she greets the two whom she recognizes on her way over to Ziggy's staked-out table. "And hi!" she adds, smiling brightly at Kimberly, offering a handshake. "Yuna Kagurazaka, idol singer."

"And chosen champion of the Queen of Light," Elner adds, prompting a mildly exasperated look from Yuna.

Ayako Hasekawa has posed:
    Ayako stops spinning the moment she's spoken to. She raises her hand and positively beams! "Hello hello! The Multiverse is an amazing ride, yes! And there's almost always something new or surprising to see!" She giggles brightly and then lowers her hand. Just a moment passes before she startles slightly. "Oh. Right."

    The girl dressed very much like a witch hops off her bar stool and then curtsies. "I'm Ayako Hasekawa, despite how I might look, I'm a water spirit! Please call me Ayako!" Ayako just smiles cheerfully.

Ziggy Grover has posed:
Tucking the napkin in and then pulling it out, just in time for a pink carnation to fall out, Ziggy shakes his head ruefully. "Still need work on that." And then back into his fist the carnation goes, followed by the napkin and...

... nothing. Holding his hands open, Ziggy shakes his head. "Anyway. Yeah. It's not a bad place to get the feel for all kinds of people. I mean, people you wouldn't think existed till they do, then... like... you know, I think I've heard you on the channels, though we haven't actually met in person, have we?"

Offering his hand to Ayako, Ziggy grins. "Ziggy Grover. And... the galaxy fraulein, right?"

That Ayako might end up with a napkin in her hand after shaking hands? Totally a screw-up.

Kimberly Hart (786) has posed:
Kimberly Hart has been meeting new people almost every day since arriving. It's a bit exhausting, to be honest, so she's glad to sit. Eyeing the pink flower a moment, she soon looks up to Ziggy and smirks, rubbing the back of her neck. "Ah, well.. Yeah, but you were still helpful. What I'm really wondering, though, is how many other types of rangers are out there, you know?"

Yuna's arrival is welcomed, though Kim gives a curious look between her and Ziggy. Guess they know each other. Still, she graciously accepts the handshake and smiles delightedly. "Very nice to meet you, Yuna. And you too, Ayako." She nods to the water spirit before introducing herself. "I'm Kimberly Hart. A bit fresh to the Multiverse, honestly, eheh."

Ayako Hasekawa has posed:
    Ayako waves hello cheerfully to Yuna. "Hello Yuna!" And then makes her way over to Ziggy to shake his hand. "Eh heh... nice to meet you, Ziggy!" She cheerfully shakes his hand-and gets a napkin in her hand too. It takes her a moment... and then she blinks her eyes slowly. "Eh? The galaxy what?"

    She idly starts to play with the napkin in her hand. Just for a moment, though. Ayako quickly places the napkin back on the table after said moment. It's folded like a paper crane now!

    "Nice to meet you too, Kimberly!" Ayako hops back onto the spinny chair and of course, starts spinning again. "Nothing wrong with being new to the Multiverse!"

Yuna Kagurazaka (385) has posed:
Yuna raises her eyebrows at Ziggy, and asks, "You actually know about that? That was ... feels like a lifetime ago, really. And it kinda was ..."

She takes a seat. "There was a beauty pageant back before my world Unified - an interstellar competition, the Galactic Lady Contest. I guess 'Galaxy Fraulein' is another way it could translate ... and I won the whole thing, grand prize." She smiles, perhaps a bit wistfully, as she thinks back on it. "The prize package was pretty life-changing - admission to Shiraokadai Girls' Private High School, my very own interstellar cruiser, the start of my idol career."

"And becoming the principal candidate for the position of Savior of Light," adds the little robo-faerie who's accompanying Yuna. "The winner of that contest doesn't always become the new Savior of Light, but it happens more often than not - and when the Queen of Darkness began moving against other girls who had been in the competition, luring them into her power, the Queen of Light sent me to find Yuna and give her the powers she would need to stand against the Darkness."

"I don't really like calling myself the Savior of Light, though," Yuna says, looking sheepish and somewhat embarassed as Elner fills in the blanks. "Calling myself by a title like that feels like I'm putting on airs ... and I still have a long way to go to really be worthy of it." She shakes her head. "Anyway, glad to meet you, Kimberly, and welcome to the Multiverse. It can be kinda overwhelming at first, but you'll get a feel for it. Making friends always helps," she adds with a grin.

Ziggy Grover has posed:
"A lot of rangers," Ziggy waves a hand. "We never did get a good count of how many blips showed up on the universal bio-energy field, but something like twenty... maybe forty. Dr. K thinks there's a lot of overlaps, so maybe we may be looking at more than that. I'm not sure." Leave Dr. K and Zordon to go chummy over the details, science was never Ziggy's thing.

Ayako gets a bit of a sheepish grin. "Sorry. Couldn't get the magic trick to work right." Holding up his hands, Ziggy wriggles them. "Shadow puppets're easier for me."

Yuna gets a nod. "Looked it up a bit, since you gave me a hand back then." Running a hand through his hair, Ziggy scratches his chin. "I'd ask for an autograph, but, uh... we're not big on collecting things in Corinth."

Ayako Hasekawa has posed:
    Ayako stops spinning on her chair suddenly to face Yuna. "Oohh... So that's what that's all about!" She clasps her hands together slowly and nods her head once. A giggle follows. "I don't really like titles much either. But... sounds like you went through a lot!"

    She spins again and faces Ziggy. "Magic trick? Shadow puppets? Oh oh, show me, show me!" Ayako just smiles cheerfully and leans forward, her amber gaze bright.

Kimberly Hart (786) has posed:
Kimberly Hart looks quite grateful at the welcomes, nodding lightly. "Thank you both. It's good to know there's so many nice people here." Glancing down, she notes the napkin crane and curiously picks it up, careful not to ruin it. "Wow, really nice. I could never figure out how to fold these things.."

And then Yuna goes on about her life in her own universe, a topic that's, well, astounding! It really is intriguing to here about other worlds, so Kim is listening quite intently. "That's amazing." She says, awed. "What does a Savior of Light do, if I can ask?"

Yuna Kagurazaka (385) has posed:
Yuna gets another slightly sheepish look at Kim's question. "Uh ... do you know anything about magical girls?"

Kimberly Hart (786) has posed:
Kimberly Hart rubs her chin at Yuna's question. "Sorta? I'd heard they had those sorta of things in 'mangas' back home. Japanese comic books, pretty much..." She then pauses and quickly looks to Yuna, stunned. "Wait, you mean you're one??"

Ziggy Grover has posed:
Taken aback a bit, mostly because Ayako does the whole big-eyed leaning forward thing, Ziggy glances about, reaches for a napkin, and then whips it out and motions to Kim to hold it up for him.

Putting his hands behind the napkin, Ziggy makes a shadowy figure behind it. "Okay, to simplify things, this is a girl." Twirling his fingers about a bit, Ziggy hums the tune to some random anime magical girl show. "Magical girls show up in anime, twirling about their magic batons..." (And here, Kim can see Ziggy somehow manipulated a toothpick into a wand) "and fighting evil monsters that represent -some- sort of aspect of human psyche." Shadow puppet: Something that looks like a t-rex, but with high-pitched squeaky "I will crush you!" tones from Ziggy. "They fight in the name of love, of course." Shadow puppet: 'Heart-shape'.

Yuna Kagurazaka (385) has posed:
"Simplest comparison I can make," Yuna nods to Kimberly. "Although it's less straight-up 'magic' and more 'technology empowered by the Queen of Light' ... I'm sort of a paladin too, when you get right down to it."

She falls silent as Ziggy does his 'explanation' with shadow-puppet demonstration. And looks like she wants to slide under the table when he starts talking about magic batons and fighting in the name of love ...

"I wish it were that simple for me," she sighs. "Anyway - I don't get a frilly skirt or a cute magic wand, and the 'power of love' in my case is ...." She trails off briefly, then sighs. "Yeah, I don't get to do it the easy way. I was lucky back home, with so many of my opponents being people I could break free from whatever was controlling their hearts. Out in the Multiverse, though ..."

Kotone Yamakawa has posed:
Kotone Yamakawa has had taken the day off after her job for ReGe, it was a pretty good day's work and she didn't fele like bobing about under the water any longer iehter. She enters into hte tavern and notices Ziggy doing things with shadow puppuets, this gets her attention.

"Didn't know you could do that. Ziggy."

She note before heading for the table where Ziggy is enterinaqing his friends or so she assumes they are all his friends.

"Mind if I join you?"

Kimberly Hart (786) has posed:
Kimberly Hart perks up at Ziggy's motioning, looking confused for a second, but does as she's told and holds the napkin for a bit of shadow theatre. The show is quite amusing, eliciting a giggle from her. "That's some pretty good handwork you've got there, Ziggy." She comments, smirking, though it falls when Yuna explains the reality of her situation. "Still, it's good that you can save them. And yeah.. The Multiverse is a bit complicated in that aspect. So many variables now.." And then yet another aquaintence of Ziggy's makes herself known, Kim glancing up while still holding the napkin. "Oh, another friend of Ziggy's? Sure, c'mon over and have a seat. The name's Kimberly."

Ayako Hasekawa has posed:
    Ayako claps her hands together as she watches the shadow puppet show. "Oohh... you're good at that, Ziggy!" She giggles softly as Ziggy explains magical girls with the shadows. "Aww... you don't get a frilly skirt or a magic wand, Yuna?" She nods her head quickly when Kimberly says that there are lots of variables in the Multiverse. "Isn't that the truth?"

    When Kotone arrives, Ayako waves hello cheerfully to her. "Hello Kotone!"

Ziggy Grover has posed:
"Oh... so your kind of magical girl isn't anything like anime?" Ziggy asks, reaching out to nab the napkin back from Kimberly, before tucking it into a fist and... promptly losing it.

"Kotone! C'mon, have a seat. Kimberly, this is Kotone," Ziggy greets, motioning to a seat, before looking back towards Yuna. "Well, that just means you gotta work harder and level up, right? I mean, we have to work on it, get better. Take me, for example, before I got started, I couldn't fight my way out of a paper bag. Now, uh... maybe I can fight my way out of a burlap bag."

Ayako Hasekawa has posed:
    Ayako giggles softly. "I can't fight my way out of a paper bag right now, even." She gestures at herself with her hands. "My thing is healing, support, barrier, and water magic. I'm not really the attacky-type anyway." She giggles softly and then spreads her arms outwards slightly. "Even though I'm dressed like a witch!"

Yuna Kagurazaka (385) has posed:
Yuna waves to Kotone, then grins at Ayako. "Hey, you could at least turn it from a paper bag to a *wet* paper bag, right?"

Then she turns her attention back to Ziggy. "I don't know about the 'levelling up' part, honestly. Ryudia's helping me train when she can get away from her responsibilities as queen, and she's said I need to find some other teachers for the things she can't teach me."

She pauses, flagging down a waiter to order iced oolong tea and (after looking at the menu) hamburger steak with rice.

Ayako Hasekawa has posed:
    Ayako giggles brightly and nods her head quickly. "That I could do!" She winks slowly, "Or just soak my way through it anyway." And then she resumes spinning on her chair. She sure likes doing that!

Kotone Yamakawa has posed:
Kotone Yamakawa is welcome and she'll move toi find a spot to sit down.

"Kotone and good to meet you. Ayako good to see you as well and Yuna right?"

The cyborg finds a spot to sit and make her self comforable at this point.

"... Ziggy from what you said you were still better off than I was."

She's have got wrecked by a Ginder or two back then.

"Leveling that's funy way to put it Ziggy."

Ziggy Grover has posed:
"Well, that just meant -running- the other way when there's a fight," Ziggy says unabashedly, putting his index fingers together before holding them to his lips. "So getting teachers in the Union should be easy enough. A bit of martial arts... well that's Tommy's thing. Gymnastics..." He looks at Kimberly, arching his eyebrows. "And uh... you guys have special skills that might be doable for magical girls, right?" he asks, looking around, before tossing his hands up.

A few napkins shoot out and flutter down.

"Oops."

Kimberly Hart (786) has posed:
Kimberly Hart smirks to Ziggy. "Don't really know magical stuff, unfortunately." She really is enjoying this, glad to get to know a few more people, but unfortunately her little get together is cut short when her wrist communicator chimes a familiar tune. "Eh?" Looking down to it, she realizes it's probably an emergency, so she stands and turns to give the group an apologetic smile. "Sorry, guys. I'd really love to stick around and hang out, but it looks like duty calls." A motion to her wristlette. "It was awesome to meet you all, though. Hopefully we can catch up again another time. Seeya, Ziggy!" Waving to them, the ranger heads out swiftly through the nearest door, back home to help fight the good fight!

Yuna Kagurazaka (385) has posed:
"Take care, Kimberly!" Yuna waves to the departing Kim, then looks at Ziggy. "I'll keep my eyes open, maybe start actively asking around ..." She tries not to giggle at the sudden fall of napkins.

Ayako Hasekawa has posed:
    Ayako blinks her eyes and stops spinning at the tune that comes from Kimberly's wrist communicator. "Hmm?" She then waves cheerfully to Kimberly. "Ah. See you later, Kimberly!" And then she blinks her eyes again at the napkins that shoot out and flutter down as Ziggy tosses his hands up. She giggles brightly at that, though!

Ziggy Grover has posed:
Pulling back the napkins and rearranging them to avoid the dirty looks from the waiters, Ziggy stacks them up quickly into little teepees, coughing. "Still trying to get the hang of doing the magic tricks for the children. Shadow puppets are easy, magic isn't. It's all about making people expect one thing while you pull out another..."

Pausing, Ziggy tilts his head at Yuna. "Well, stage magic, not, you know..." He motions with his hands like alkazambazama, followed by reaching out to spin Ayako around in her chair. "Transofrmation sequence like that."

Ayako Hasekawa has posed:
    Ayako giggles brightly when she's spun in her chair and... Err...

    When she stops spinning in her chair, she's in completely different clothes! Rather than her witch outfit, she's in her maid clothes now. "Ta-dah!" Ayako giggles brightly and flings ice glitter and confetti from her hands! Thankfully, said glitter and confetti vanishes into thin air so that the staff doesn't have to clean it up.

Kotone Yamakawa has posed:
Kotone Yamakawa says "The mega factions do have a lot of people to call on that, very true."

She seems to be one whose had no desire to joins he pauses for a moment at the mention of magical girls with abit of a grin on her face.

"I wonder if Magical Molly is really out there somewhere."

She muses she wves to Kim as she departs and turns her attnetion to those who remains and then Ayako changes outfits.

"So Maid to order huh?"
