Exploring Njorun
Date of Scene: 31 May 2015
Location: Njorun Station - The Skygarden
Synopsis: Sarah explores.
Cast of Characters: Ziggy Grover, 796

Sarah Rogers (796) has posed:
"This is a Garden..?" Sarah muses to herself in disbelief as she walks along the giant branch, looking for something she can use for reference. She spots the stables in the distance and lifts off the ground even as she can hear the memory of her mother nagging her about keeping her legs strong and not relying on flight more than necessary. Dammit Mom, this is a long walk!

Ziggy Grover has posed:
"Yeah, it's a garden," a voice comments, as a figure in a jacket comes up behind her. Quiet and efficient, but with just -enough- noise to alert that someone was approaching. A lifetime of being yelled at by cartel members had Ziggy with enough experience to make sure he didn't -accidentally- set off people with guns into killing him.

"New here?" Ziggy Grover asks. "Because there's always the portals, if you're looking for shortcuts."

Sarah Rogers (796) has posed:
The blonde girl whirls around at the voice, It was good timing because she was about to bolt down the branch at top speed, "Everyone I meet says it's all over my face." She says with a hint of annoyance, but she wears a genuine smile, "Hey! I know you! You were singing Aladdin at Mr. Stark's bash last night!"

Ziggy Grover has posed:
"Uh, not really, it's more like, well..." Shaking his head, Ziggy shifts the subject. "Nevermind. And yeah, Aladdin... that's a pretty awesome movie, actually. I mean, I can understand how Aladdin feels, and I'm used to this kind of thing, so it just seemed appropriate. You've got the advantage of me, though, miss...?"

Sarah Rogers (796) has posed:
"Sarah, Sarah Rogers." She says as she lands and offers a hand, "And I still don't have a a name to go with the face." She says as she looks Ziggy over curiously.

Ziggy Grover has posed:
Ziggy Grover is pretty much clothed in a black leather jacket, with a dark green t-shirt ensemble underneath. Because, you know, Rangers are supposed to be clad in colors that matched their usual outfit. "Ziggy Grover," the Power Ranger in civvies greet, grasping her hand and shaking. "Sarah Rogers, what brings you here?"

Sarah Rogers (796) has posed:
"Well, That's a long story, but basically I was trying to find a way to bring my Family home." Sarah explains as she finds a knot in the branch that's big enough to work as a bench and takes a seat. "Now That I'm *here* I don't know how to get back *there* anymore." She pauses to take a breath, "And I was hoping the Avengers might be able to help with that. But Tony Stark was nothing like was I expected. James.. Iron Man where I'm from, spoke of him like he was a God, not a 10 year old in a man's body! I mean.." She cuts herself off, "I'm starting to ramble, sorry." She grins apologetically.

Ziggy Grover has posed:
"Um... Avengers?" Not that Ziggy had any clue about it, being from Corinth. Being willing to ask questions, though, the young man presses further. "Um, yeah, Tony Stark is pretty much like that, I guess, but I don't get why anyone would think of him as a God. Unless you're, I guess, into idolatry, and you didn't think there was a -man- in the suit...?"

Sarah Rogers (796) has posed:
"Huh.. maybe they haven't gotten that far here yet?" Sarah offers, "But in my World, Mr. Stark.." She pronounces the name as if being formal might somehow help redeem him. "Helped found the Avengers, and since Pop.." She winces uncomfortably, "Uh.. I mean Captain America.. who bears an uncanny resemblance to my father, was there too, and Thor flew overhead, I assumed they were doing something similar here?"

Ziggy Grover has posed:
"Maybe...? I'm not all that familiar with Tony Stark," Ziggy responds, tilting his head. "So um. Maybe... I don't know anything about Captain America, but I've met Thor, I think, at Tony's tower once."

Motioning to the path, Ziggy asks, "So where were you going, and can I help you get there?"

Sarah Rogers (796) has posed:
"You think?" Sarah raises an eyebrow, "If you'd met Thor you'd know it!" She smirks, then looks down the branch and shrugs, "I really wasn't heading anywhere in particular. Honestly, if you're not doing anything maybe you could show me around?" She asks hopefully.

Ziggy Grover has posed:
"Well, you know, I mean... Thor's supposed to me a NORSE GOD. This guy was blonde and huge and waves a hammer. And I'm not arguing with anyone that big who's got a hammer, and says he's Thor."

Squinting, Ziggy peers closely. "Not really... the area's pretty big. For starter, we don't walk -everywhere-, we can find a portal and walk around. Or I could teleport..."

Sarah Rogers (796) has posed:
"Sounds close enough to me." Sarah says with a smirk. "Maybe he's not as impressive to guys.." She shrugs. "Is that what that thing on your wrist does? It's a teleporter? So.. you can teleport, and you idenitfy with being a street rat.. I think I've been doing too much of the talking here!"

Ziggy Grover has posed:
"Oh, no, that thing on my wrist... that's not a teleporter, that's a... yeah, special equipment to let me get into, uh... work clothes," Ziggy clarifies. "I'm a Power Ranger. We're defenders of... well, people, basically."

A slight shadow casts on his features, before he waves towards the garden. "Anyway, we're in the garden. You've been to the main base, right...? Around on the other end of this long, long walk is the training center."

Sarah Rogers (796) has posed:
"Okay that sounds a little odd.. but, it sounds like your part of a team of heroes? Like The Avengers?" Sarah asks, "And that reminds me, I need to go shopping, these *are* my work clothes, but around here everyone seems to take it as perfectly normal. Like The Pegasus and Unicorn singing at the party. Which were totally mythical creatures last I checked." She nods to Ziggy's question, "I think I've seen most of it my now., I just.. still feel like the new girl."

Ziggy Grover has posed:
"Uh, kind of. The Power Rangers. And uh, I've seen weird things. I swear, some people -live- in their work clothes, you've seen that woman with Tony Stark, right?" Ziggy grins, before shrugging. "Everyone starts out as the new person somewhere, it's a matter of... well, breaking in your environment till they're like, used to you."

Sarah Rogers (796) has posed:
"The redhead? She seemed stiff at first but then she cut loose there are the end." Sarah muses. "Are there any particularly weird things I should be looking out for?"

Ziggy Grover has posed:
"Um... weird...? I mean, this is the multiverse. I'm pretty sure -everything-'s weird to someone out there one way or another. Like turning into a pony in this place called ... uh... horseland or something. Or that GoGo girl who keeps following Tony around. Or... well, you know, I mean. It's not my place to judge. I'm just here to be someone's errand boy," Ziggy responds, shifting from one foot to another, hands motioning to emphasize each occasional subject.

Sarah Rogers (796) has posed:
"There a place that turns you into a pony?" Sarah repeats as she blinks several times, "Remind me not to go there if I can help it." She suddenly seems very thankful to have hands as she considers this. "I get the impression your version of Tony Stark has a lot of women following him around, Which one are you talking about?" She smirks, "After that, why don't you tell me where you came from and how you got here.. and what a Power Ranger is while your at it, and then I'll tell you about where I came from, and we'll seer who has the better story?"
