This is the application for giving your cast a +themelist/powers section. It is meant to enumerate Advantages/Powers that are commonly available to entire casts. For an example, see +themelist/powers Homestuck-1.
1. What is the name of the themelist you wish to upgrade? (For example, Pokemon-1, Exalted-1, etc.)
2. Put your COMPLETE revised +themelist/powers here in full.
3. If you are updating an existing +themelist/powers, indicate what +powers are being added, removed, or modified.
4. What are the reasons for this upgrade? What has happened (or what will happen) to justify it? Note that, 'First-time application of stock +powers for the theme.' is a valid answer here.
Once you're done, send this to mcmush@gmail.com with a subject of, "Upgrade Application - Themelist". You should receive a reply within a week. Note that +themelist/powers is generally for stock/common cast powers that everyone (or nearly everyone) in the cast has access to. It shouldn't be used for character-specific stuff.
