She knows how to handle ki blasts and kicks and punches, but swords and guns are an entirely different thing. Much harder to just bat away or block, and still dangerous even if done successfully. The axe catches her right in the chest. Even if Karian doesn't want a deathblow, hitting someone in the chest with an axe is pretty bad in most cases. <br /> <br />      Luckily for Taylita, saiyans are built tougher than most. While the blow does open up a gash in her chest and her light armor, it doesn't get very deep before she instinctively backs away. She looks down at the slash, then huffs softly. The saiyan comes somersaulting toward Karian as she flies through the air, and at the last moment extends her legs, aiming to deliver a strong upward blow to his chest and head simultaneously.<br> <br>

Teeth clenching in pain, and eyes wide in what is best described as an animalistic determination to survive, she wraps her legs around Karian's waist and squeezes hard, then charges up another ki blast. She brings both hands right up into Karian's face. "Eat this!!" she exclaims before she fires. The resulting explosion of energy no doubt sends them flying apart.<br> <br>

"You're pretty strong." she says with a light grin. "Although, I have to wonder how much is you and how much is that suit." she says as she gathers her legs beneath her, then kicks as hard as she can to both spring herself back into the air and to shake Karian off. She doesn't look to be in good health by this point. Her blood is flowing freely from her wounds, and she has to keep one eye clenched in order to hold off the pain. "I hope you've found fighting a saiyan to be to your liking, because if I somehow lose this, you might be facing two angry saiyans next time." she says, grinning. She holds up her hands, and ki energy builds in her palms again. <br /> <br />      Then, she starts pistoning her arms back and forth, and each time they push forward, a shot of ki is released. She fires them hard and fast and in a steady stream. Although aim might be a bit hard to maintain, the air is filled with ki blasts. From a distance, it would look like some sort of star shower. Up close, it is like a constant barrage of mortar shells.<br> <br>
