Gotham PD is not strogn enough as most of the bad guys have more firepower and better backing. Basically out powered and outgunned. However I did fight him and beat him. But they idolize him. And there are many jokerz gangs, not just a single big one and they tend to have disagreements between each other. Then you have the normal issues within the high school and all. Not including the people with money and power and the political people that are corrupt," and he sighs.
