She is a small companion robot akin to a personal servant of sorts. Standing at a good six inches tall, minus any of her equipment that she uses, she's an agile and very loyal companion to Kourin, her Master. She's capable of being cold, calculating and calm all in one step as she gets her job done with the aid of her equipment and her stealth abilities in addition to her Master's genius computer skills. However, due to a mission going wrong at every turn, she's become scared of the water and failing her master after an incident that took the voice of Kourin long ago. Her fear of failure is instilled from the same incident, afraid of her Master losing something else from her failure or even worse, her Master period. It's this fear, that when things start going from bad to worse to the point of failure, she overclocks her own systems to provide a boost of power to try and finish the job without failure, at the expense of a good long rest and recharge afterwards. Out of missions, Fuki enjoys her Master's touch and care while simultaneously hoping that she can help her Master advance in the Confederacy. |Powers=SHINKI: Fuki is a Shinki, and shinki are robots. As such, Fuki shares many of the benefits of being a robot, such as being unaffected by poisons or diseases and not needing to breathe. On the other hand, there are computer viruses which have similar effects to sickness and shinki can reach a drunken state by drinking too many Nitro jelly cans. TINY: The average shinki is a mere 15 cm tall, or 6 inches. As a result of her small size, Fuki is capable of getting into all kinds of places unavailable to larger creatures. The world of humans is like a land of giants, but shinki are well equipped to living this way. Her size also does not handicap her against human-sized enemies. In fact, the difference in speed and being such a small target may be considered an advantage for her. SLIPWAY: A storage dimension Fuki makes use of. Only items designed to enter the Slipway can be placed into or retrieved from it near instantaneously with a flash of white light. As such, she uses this to store her armor and some of her more modular spare parts. Other things must be adjusted before they can be stored this way. OVERDRIVE: A condition she suffers from due to her Atychiphobia. It's a forced overclocking of her systems and limit breaker, only when she feels that there's no other choice and failure is imminent if something isn't done. (Armor change to Overdrive stats, no PL change, see ATYCHIPHOBIA flaw as well.) TRANSERVER: Thanks to a minor upgrade from Alia, Fuki has access to the Transerver network in most Megaman worlds. The Transerver being a teleportation system to allow near instant access to most parts of the Megaman worlds. This is more a program inside of her than an actual device and does have a tendency to fail as she's not a true Reploid, failure being she is just plain unable to teleport. This is primarily used as a travel power between Megaman worlds and cannot be used in the middle of combat. |Skills=REMOTE LINK: Fuki is capable, given the right codes and access, of acting as a remote link to computer systems for her Master and those who get permission from her. She isn't capable of hacking herself but can allow those who can hack into things a safer way to access the device. (Consent Required for targets) STEALTH: A shared ability between Fubuki type and Mizuki type Shinki, Fuki's got a stealth system built inside of her that silences her weaponry and confers near invisibility from some non-Elite detection methods such as radar. Her armor is also modified to not make noise when moving around to aid in the stealth capability, however this advantage is always active. Fuki is never totally invisible but only the sharpest eyes can spot her if she's stealthed. |Assets=SILENT BLACK: Fuki's Abstractum she's obtained. It's become her primary weapon and companion out on the field. Powers and such related to this, please see the Abstractum.net character object. Silent Black is a futuristic looking scythe with an eye between the blade and top of the shaft that she uses in place of her stock Fubuki model scythe. (See Abstractum.Net character bit for more details) IANERIA: Fuki's spare body. The MMS Type Mermaid. While Fuki's main body is out of commision, this is her backup body. She's not used to this model, as such her power falls compared to her normal body, compensating for the various systems in it. The Ianeria is water capable, sports anti-air laser turrets and a battle harp that, when played, fires streams of lasers. She can still fly around, if a bit clumsily, outside of the water. (PL 25 if used in combat and partially or totally submerged) |NPCs=Kourin Osode: Fuki's Master. Mute and minimally combat capable, he prefers to stay behind and allow his Shinki to do all the work. He is capable of joining in, however, he's more a hinderance compared to his allies as his primary ways of communicating are text to speech or Morse code. He's a skilled computer hacker and has advanced computer skills to aid allies in various computer related tasks. (PL12, consent required where applicable) Keesha: Fuki Coeurl mount from the FFIV's Blue Planet. This feline-like beast has large whiskers eminating from the side of its maw and is capable of black magic spells (up to Fira/Thundara/Blizzara) and is noted for its fearsome "Blaster" attack, an attack that will instantly fell non-elites and severely damage Elites with a chance to stun/paralyze them. (consent required for Blaster use, PL 27 Creature) |Disadvantages=MASTER: Fuki's Master is mute, therefore it makes it very hard for him to contact Fuki in the case of extreme circumstances (Kidnapping, combat, etc.) and while he does have knowledge of Morse code, he generally leaves all communication to Fuki. Recent events allowed him to use text-to-speech programs, to ease concerns, however he'll fall back on Morse code if the need arises. Fuki considers Master an extremely important person and will do anything to protect him. TINY: The average shinki is a mere 15 cm tall, or 6 inches. Many things that human-sized beings don't even think about can become dangerous hazards to a shinki. Traps and the like that would be minor annoyances to humans can be very dangerous to shinki-kind. IANERIA MOBILITY: When you don't have legs, its hard to walk. In addition, Fuki's not too experienced in this body and sports the wrong software to fully take advantage of it, as such she has limited flight and out of water capabilities with the Ianeria body. (PL deficit noted in advantages.) ATYCHIPHOBIA: Fear of failing. A mission Fuki was on with her Master indirectly caused her Master to become mute, it's to this that she's scared of failing her Master again, afraid that another failure will take another thing away from him... or worse. If she senses she's close to failing a mission, she'll do anything in her power to try and finish the mission successfully. She'll overheat her systems and push her very limits to the point of draining her battery out fast in addition to taking some possibly reckless actions or endangering her allies if success of the mission is feasable from it.
