Heaven or Hell is a loose-knit group of Elites that specialize in a variety of skillset that would come up in the course of paranormal investigation. Members are divided into two primary categories: Free Agents come and go and can hold any depth of ties to the business. Residents live at the office. The headquarters are located in Boston-666 and the business is run by Psyber.
