With Elite aid allowing them to break past the ruinous number of four blades in their possession, the Himorogikage-- the secret organization backing and surrounding Sakura-- has managed to steal several more of the Grave Blades in the possession of former Japan's 11 ruling houses over the last two years. Lilian has taken on extra work to retrieve more of those lost in the chaos of the Onslaught nearly 50 years ago. The two that Sakura believes will be the most difficult to retrieve, in fact. Echolalia wants materials and expertise for a warpgate at Hronn, without having to go through Admirality customs, while the Watch have been pestering Mia to give them a foothold in her home universe.
While she's resigned to doing so, Dysnomia insists on making the trip through hard to trace--and comparative slow--Nine Moons tech. Those who join the etherwyrms on this multifactional caper will sail through the ranar space lanes from the inner ranar system, through the belt of lights until, eventually, they arrive at AEgir and her nine moons. Today, the crew and passengers of the Syzygy embark and set sail through the stars. |

(Spoiler: It isn't.) --- This scene is more focused on Kale (and some side content) than Everhood plot progression and can be missed if needed. |
