At least until her rescue, thanks to the Union. Deelel is surprisingly friendly for someone who was involved in a blood sport, as it was never personal, she just didn't want to be deleted. She's curious about the system at large which she'd never have been able to explore, as well as the so called Multiverse beyond even that. However, she often has trouble understanding things from the 'user' space, and the more chaotic nature of the world outside her own is quite baffling to the program. Deelel is a dangerous and agile combatant, able to endure a surprising amount of damage. She's a professional with her ID disk, which is a thrown weapon that also contains a good deal of data on her and her system ID. Also, she's quite the adept pilot with vehicles, given that some of the gladiatorial combats involved them quite heavily. She's also shown a few strange powers, but those may be due to her nature as an abandoned program. As of late after the creation of the world of Afterus she's become known as the Program to it's people and is believed to be the Goddess of cyberspace, this is something she attempts to live up to as best she can and tries to protect and help the young world as best she's able.
+ | |Powers=Program: Deelel is a Program, a type of synthetic life. She doesn't need to eat, breathe, or sleep. However, she does enter rest cycles to conserve power, recharge, and to clear her buffer. Due to her nature she is able to enter electronic devices and networks physically or mentally and without tools. Because of this, she has some skill at electronic intrusion. Her synthetic nature renders many biological concerns moot, such as various hostile environments and illnesses, as well. While she visually appears to be a human, should she be meaningfully wounded, her synthetic nature would be revealed. One quirk of her form is that she is Unfinished, abandoned by her creator. While ostensibly originally meant as part of a Game AI, she has a number of strange abilities for her kind, including enhanced durability and the ability to stop other programs from being deleted, though that is not a power she can control.
+ | |Skills=Gladiator: Deelel is a skilled fighter with a thrown or handheld disc weapons, as well as general close-combat from long years as a gladiatorial fighter in illegal games run in the place where she was created. These game skills include dirty fighting, mixed martial arts (essentially street fighting), high-speed chase skills with automobiles and motorcycles, and a specialization in using her ID Disk as a lethal combat tool. Shes also killer at Centipede.

+ | Electronics: As a program and a synthetic life-form, Deelel knows her ways around all kinds of electronics and electronic systems.
+ | |Assets=Hard Light: Using various inherent techniques, Deelel is able to manifest hard-light constructs of various objects. Besides certain vehicles (namely, Photon Cycles) all manifested equipment must be hand-held, though most any simple tool can be created this way. The primary use of this ability is to create melee weapons and motorcycles, but Deelel can whip up just about anything hand-held as long as they have a pattern or understand the object they are making.

+ | Alchemized Gear: During the Sburb Session that spawned Afterus, Deelel picked up a number of bits of gear. Among them were several weapons including a light staff that is able to turn into a gun with a built in music player known as the Beat Shot. Another neat toy is a custom light cycle thats been altered to be able to use optic camouflage known as the Ecto Chaser.

+ | |Disadvantages=System Lag: While Deelel does not need to sleep, she does need to enter the computer equivalent once every few days or junk data and fragmentation will occur. Essentially, she will become cognitively slower and have a harder time quickly understanding high concepts. Eventually, a lack of idle time to rest will cause Deelel to mentally crash, causing her to become incapable of meaningful action beyond basic self defense and retreat.

+ | Program: Deelel is a synthetic entity more resembling a computer system then anything else, and is thus susceptible to computer viruses and electronic attack. Thus, Deelel catches viruses, trojans, and spyware just like a normal person may get a cold or come down with the flu. Furthermore, the world of Organics - which she calls users - is strange and confusing to her much of the time. This leads her to being more easily tricked and deceived socially, as well as not understanding social cues sometimes. This leads her to be curious and regularly confused about the world of the Users, and the Users themselves, a sort of general naivete about those topics that is being rectified piece-by-piece.
+ | |||
+ | Hackable: Deelel is a living program while she can be effected hacker or skilled coder who can access her code via her disc which they must physically obtain but it can lead to disastrous results for Deelel. Memories can be altered, removed or added. If one is skilled enough very aspects of herself can be forcibly changed against her will. The more extreme alterations would least to the loss of much of her memories and personality. Consent is required for the use of such.

+ | Afterus: Because of her involvement in the creation of an entire world (and surrounding universe), Deelel is very protective of the world, its inhabitants, and its deific pantheon. Because her kind do not procreate, this attachment is even more special for the program. She will respond quickly to any perceived threats to Afterus, perhaps recklessly.

Advantages
Powers
Program: Deelel is a Program and thus alien in many ways to organic life. She doesn't need to eat, breath or sleep (in the organic sense.) She does need to sleep down to conserve power, recharge and to clear her buffer, however. Due to the nature of the multiverse and perhaps more, she is able to exist in the material world and enter electronic device and networks. She's a mid ranked hacker due to her nature, but a dedicated hacker be they organic or a Program, would be able to outdo her, but it's still useful. She also can survive and operate in environments that would be hostile or dangerous to organic beings. She also does visually appear to be a human as well however, should she be injured, such as being cut, her true nature would be instantly revealed. Also of note is the fact that she's immune to biological diseases due to her inorganic nature.
Unfinished program: Deelel is an unfinished program apparently abandoned by the user who created her. She seems to have been perhaps an control program for a Game AI, however it's hard to tell and not even she knows for sure. She has shown some strange abilities such as above normal endurance for a program, as well as in terms of punishment she can take. She's also shown the ability to prevent another program from being deleted, but it does not seem to be something she can do at will. (Note: Preventing deletion would require OOC consent.)
Skills
Gladiator: Deelel had been forced into illegal games which would be akin to death matches in the world beyond the system. Forced to fight to stay alive for as long as she can remember, Deelel has become a very skilled close combatant with both hand to hand combat and and melee weapons, but she has a preference for using her ID disk as a thrown weapon. She also knows the ins and out of one on one combat and can play very dirty when the prize is her life.
Assets
Hard Light: Using various equipment, for lack of a better word, Deelel is able to create combat gear for herself. The objects she creates are mostly melee weapons, but she's also able to create a flight pack which she can use to fly at sub sonic speeds, as well as form a Photon Cycle which she often uses in gladiatorial games or just to get around. She can generate other simple equipment as well with this ability, but it's limited to hand held equipment.
NPCs
Disadvantages
System Lag: While Deelel can go for along periods without actual sleep, she does need to go into her sleep mode to rest to recharge her self as well as to purge out her RAM, as it were. If she goes too long without rest she behaves much like a computer left on for too long, reeling up with lots of junk processing and causing lag in her response times and her general activity. Being 'tired' will also weaken the strength of her hard light constructs.
Organic confusion: The world of the users is full of innate chaos and strife, more so than even most systems. The most chaotic programs and even virii have directive and orders at their core that they are inclined to follow. While she has no function, she seeks to find out what it is.
Program: She's vulnerable to virii and other problems a computer program might solve. It would be much like a human getting ill with some sort of biological virus and is something worth noting. After all, it can still mess her up quite badly if someone is aware of this.
Curious: She's curious about the User world, who wouldn't be to see a plane above your own as it were. Still she does not have a full understanding of the world beyond her, and she doesn't understand everything about it; Even some common sense things that most people wouldn't think about wouldn't be known to her that well, or she'd expect them to behave like their system counterpart, which could lead to all sorts of trouble. She will learn from mistakes, but the first time is always interesting.
