* Leviathan Mode: A giant version of the normal form, Leviathan mode is designed to bring immense damage dealing ability to the table, and gives the Abyssal a more level playing field against larger opponents. |Disadvantages=Reciprocity: Kuma's fit-outs are all part of her 'self' meaning any damage incured to one translates to the other, and vice versa. She cannot translate from one fit to the other to repair damage, and any damage to her Ocean fit-out can cause severe injury to her Land Fit-out when changing back, depending on how badly damaged she becomes. The trade-off is that any repairs made to her Land Fit-Out carry over to the Ocean Fit-Out, making dedicated drydock facilities unnecessary.

Profile

The Light Torpedo Cruiser 'Kuma' was built as the first ship of and thusly the Name Ship of her class, and served as an escort for many operations during Japan's involvement in the second world war. Kuma now has arisen as the spirit of her ship to serve once again in battle against the Abyssal Fleet, protecting innocent lives from the ghouls that lurk beneath the waves. Being a Light Cruiser, she doesn't have the armour or cannon batteries of the bigger Line ships, but packs two racks of torpedoes that can wreak havoc in any naval force. She is, however, very light on the anti-aircraft due to her early construction so aerial threats are a bane. Due to how she was sunk, she has a fear of submersibles, surprise attacks and fire, having been torpedoed by the HMS Tally Ho; this caused her engine room to burst into flames which went on to engulf much of the ship before she went under. Despite this, she's a cheerful and pleasant girl with a notable verbal tick. Kuma.
